lEESON WHAT YOU WANA KNOW? i AM NEARLY IN THE 3% CLUB.

Reason for share price dive from 100p to 18p.

This is my take on it.

CTU issued at 74p a load of shares to ESS.(EQS)

ESS used these to support a loan from LANDISBANK.

Landisbank go bust and reciever see some chance of cash and sells the shares even though ESS take out an injunction.
Price falls to 10p as in a thin market no-one can see whats going on.
Mellon and the BOD have been buying all they can and i think the parcel has now gone.Share price will come back to normal very very soon.
There is a question as to a loss at ESS, but as ESS had a loan with LANDISBANK i assume they will just not repay it. The shares however were maybe worth up to 50% more than loan.
EQS shares remain suspended.

Great story and lots of money to be made here. CFG do not have any debt.

I think the Quatar lot want more. Like up to 30%

They are mopping up all that comes and pushing the price ever higher.

I have had a call from my broker every day since last wednesday wanting to buy my shares. I own a large amount. In fact my pal and i are in the 3% club if we added them together.
Told them not at this price.

See my postings over the last 6 weeks. I called 100p.

Now its much further to run

A rare bit of blue on the worst day on the LSE for years, got to be a good sign.

I think we're due a trading update in the next 2 weeks, if CTU follow last years pattern. Perhaps the first pre-pay cards have been launched - "early autumn" was their last update for one of the cards.

I've noticed several pre-pay cards being launched in recent weeks -

1. Barclays have one that they have been promoting through Metro (free london paper) which is aimed at the travel market. The idea is you top up the card before you go away - so you can use a pre-pay card like a credit card abroad.

2. Costa coffee have a pre-pay card that you can swipe like an oyster card when you pay for your daily coffee.

Not sure how far Oystercard have got with their pre-pay for small purcheses - I think it's being trialled now?

Anyhow, actually this "competition" is good news as it opens up awareness within the market - which I strongly believe is big enough for many offerings including of course CTU's.

Richard

Thanks for your note and no we do not have to put out an RNS stating when our results are due.We have up to six months to announce our results but anticipate announcing early next month

In March last year we issued a statement addressing the increasing share price. We advised that this reflected the new shareholder and trading conditions were difficult (i.e. our message was that the increasing share price was not supported by trading performance). It's primary purpose therefore was not intended to be a trading update.

In terms of the need for a regular flow of information, we do make regular announcements to the market when we have information our investors should be aware off.

I hope this covers off the points you have raised but if there is anything else I can cover please let me know

Regards

Jerry

I spend my time on iii as i find ADVFN boards too messy. However i try and check a couple of times,
MM are still short of stock.

The board at CTU is VERY heavy weight. MELLON as always wanted a bank, they are not cheap to get hold off.

I think they have VERY big plans for this little baby.
Share price £10.00 market cap 400 million still a steal. They are not getting mine, may take a bit out circa 150p.
Interesting to see the sales come through today. They were soon mopped up.

Have you got the shareholder profile? i have lost my accounts.
