The people who know more about this than us are the directors - why not ask them - The email address is on the website.

I think you have called it right - of course it is only to someone else's benefit if the shares are going up - if you think they are don't sell!!

It is a mess I am afraid -

1.What a performance.
2. A drop in the share price over 4 months of almost 50% - and that after an expensive revision of the share structure and a shift to the current market all trumpeted to make the share behaviour more buoyant.
3. NO NEWS on Malta even thought the website has been withdrawn for over 8 months. Does that mean it is no longer being let?
4. No proper valuation of the real property assests.
Any views on what we pathetic minority shareholders can do apart from selling up at a loss to someones benefit - there must be people who know more than us about current situation?

Does it get so cold in Wales that companies there go into hibernation during the winter months?

If it wasn't for:
1. The huge spread between bid and offer
2. The almost entire lack of a market.
3. The fiefdom approach by the family to running their family business.
4. The Company's inability to turn most of their enterprises into profit mking segments

On the basis of asset value I would gamble on the shares. But not for me - the hassle etc.

if this outfit is a family lifestyle business, it may not always be in their interest to be fully valued (unless they want to let a few go) , especially as there can be rich pickings from reluctantly relieving disappointed holders of their discards at a discount
to cost, in addition to the bore of overseas travel to manage the assets.

From that perspective guessing the future may not always be as profitable
as the old buy lo sell hi chestnut.

The Malta site is still off their website - could be they are not promoting it any more pending the re-development or sale?
Again deafening silence from this board.................

Poised????

The last announcement was so downbeat it isn't true - They clealry can't run engineering businesses and the leisure businesses don't make a lot of money wehn you look - we are all heer waiting for the supposed £20M+ assets to be released -Given that we think this is really Malta the statement about planners and lack of progress suggests we will have to be patient -

This wonderful share has lost 38% in one month........Write to the directors and ask them what the company is doing with its valuable assets - and if something positive - why haven't we and the market been informed.
