02/4/2020 19:58 | I am still at a loss to what motivates an individual to constantly undermine a company and its products at a time like this. Byot technology is helping in our fight against Covid 19. Even his / her chums on the tly website have tried to reason with him and cautioned him/ her that this behaviour is unacceptable. | slicethepie
02/4/2020 19:55 | You have to feel sorry when someone doesn't even understand the difference between qualified and not qualified accounts.Keep up at the back stt | slicethepie
02/4/2020 19:51 | Instead of getting their accounts qualified, they've CHANGED AUDITORS. Very questionable move, isn't it? The shares were suspended last Sept, weren't they?. "The Directors have made every effort to resolve this matter to our auditor's satisfaction, without success. Whilst it may have been possible eventually to obtain a suitable response, the length of time this may have required was indeterminate, and the Board took the decision that the interests of shareholders were best served by publishing the accounts with the consequential qualified audit opinion but resulting in the lifting in the suspension from trading on AIM. Since the year end we have transferred over £86,000 of the aggregate amount from the bank concerned to another commercial bank and intend to transfer the balance shortly" | sikhthetech

02/4/2020 18:22 | Just like after swine flu... What happened to all those partnerships... and they still had placings... Have a look at their sales after swine flu.. Sales increased from £0.38m to £1.99m. Similar to today. They then had placings following the swine flu.. Also what happened to all those partnerships following the Swine pandamic. "The significant increase in sales is in part due to the concern regarding swine flu; however it can also be attributed to a greater appreciation of the qualities, efficacy and broad applications of Byotrol. " "We remain confident of the prospects for Byotrol " Distributors & Parners " Healthcare through our relationship with Synergy Health plc in Europe and through distributors in the US * Food and beverage, both through distributors and direct sales * Consumer products through our joint venture, Byotrol Consumer Products Ltd. " Revenues & Cash - placings "with revenues increasing to GBP1,995,375 from GBP387,852 in the same period last year, albeit that some of the increase has related to concerns about swine flu." "cash equivalents and receivables of GBP3,527,232 (2008:GBP1,537,820), partly as a result of the fund raising undertaken in Autumn 2008. " yet, despite the huge increase in sales, they still had placings after Swine Flu outbreak... 29-08-15 .. £1.4m 25-06-14 .. £1.25m 25-06-13 .. £0.50m 21-10-11 .. £2.46m | sikhthetech
02/4/2020 18:17 | They increased their orders from £0.35m to £1.7m. These include orders to June, so Q1 for this year... The mcap is £25m!!! for a company whose accounts are not qualified and who are still seeking partners.. The rthm gang did exactly the same with blnx/rthm/gbo(bust)/ Pumping and dumping.. my rthm thread, search for '1gw', 'loafofbread', 'football', 'shroder'.. | sikhthetech
02/4/2020 18:16 | best1467..... The market is focusing on the future .. Tristel , byot with the world leading product. worth potentially hundreds of millions in world sales .. futures bright . | kcowe
02/4/2020 18:13 | Yes, you could regard the Tristel Actizone arrangement as the sort of thing they were looking for in the US with Byotrol24, but aimed at hospitals worldwide rather than at US consumers. Tristel fund the global sales and marketing, although they also control the branding. It would be interesting to know if there was any "up-front" payment associated with the deal. I presume not, since they didn't mention an up-front in the RNS, but I suppose minimum guaranteed royalties aren't too dissimilar from an "up-front" if they start immediately. For byotrol24 they wanted a partner to fund the sales and marketing (or at least the initial effort required to get sales up to what they regarded as the critical level) but also wanted to keep control of the branding I think. So that sort of segmentation perhaps makes you wonder how many more deals could be done? If they've done worldwide hospitals (surface disinfection) with Tristel and they've been working on US consumer (byotrol24 surface disinfection) then what about all the other: countries? segments? products? And that's for the "core" technologies. Then there are all the plain vanilla licensing possibilities for the non-core technologies. | 1gw
02/4/2020 17:59 | When the new EmaAnd FDA Guidelines arrive shortly Tristel and Byotl willhave the world leading Product with a sales force in 35 countries including USA with Tristel current partner. Not sure of the exact figure but as high as 75% of existing products currently used will be obsolete.and the new guidelines and that’s the reason Tristel wanted Bytrol patented tech it’s the best . | best1467
02/4/2020 17:58 | I don't think any company would be investable if you judged it on mistakes made in the last 10 years...guess it all adds to the shorter's chaff though. | milesy
02/4/2020 17:05 | sikhthetech .. do you hold a company that is showing shareprice growth as byot does ? | kcowe
02/4/2020 17:01 | Rinse and repeat STTeeee, rinse and repeat yawnnn | techair
02/4/2020 17:01 | 1gw "Perhaps finnCap are waiting for the April update from the company before updating their target?" Last year the TU was in May, you suggesting it's April this year to entice people in??? You won't be selling ANY, will you? Trades are traceable no matter how many accounts you use... | sikhthetech
02/4/2020 17:00 | Milesy, I've already said that they will get some extra orders because of the shortages just like they did during Swine flu... something is better than nothing.. What happened to Byot post Swine flu, a decade ago.... There was a lack of interest, they lost contracts and had a placing... Fact is WHO/CDC/HSE advice is to use alcohol based sanitiser.. Govns from around the world will follow WHO/CDC advice... | sikhthetech |
