I am still at a loss to what motivates an individual to constantly undermine a company and its products at a time like this. Byot technology is helping in our fight against Covid 19. Even his / her chums on the tly website have tried to reason with him and cautioned him/ her that this behaviour is unacceptable.

Instead of getting their accounts qualified, they've CHANGED AUDITORS.

Very questionable move, isn't it?



The shares were suspended last Sept, weren't they?.

Tristel were around 450 when the Byot deal was announced.
They're around 455 today..

Hardly much difference..

What happened to all those partnerships... and they still had placings...



Have a look at their sales after swine flu..

Sales increased from £0.38m to £1.99m. Similar to today.

They then had placings following the swine flu..



Also what happened to all those partnerships following the Swine pandamic.

They increased their orders from £0.35m to £1.7m. These include orders to June, so Q1 for this year...


The mcap is £25m!!! for a company whose accounts are not qualified and who are still seeking partners..



The rthm gang did exactly the same with blnx/rthm/gbo(bust)/xel(bust)/nano... intensify the ramping prior to the results then sound disappointed when the reality struck following the results... They have changed their ids..

best1467..... The market is focusing on the future .. Tristel , byot with the world leading product. worth potentially hundreds of millions in world sales .. futures bright .

Yes, you could regard the Tristel Actizone arrangement as the sort of thing they were looking for in the US with Byotrol24, but aimed at hospitals worldwide rather than at US consumers.

Tristel fund the global sales and marketing, although they also control the branding. It would be interesting to know if there was any "up-front" payment associated with the deal. I presume not, since they didn't mention an up-front in the RNS, but I suppose minimum guaranteed royalties aren't too dissimilar from an "up-front" if they start immediately.

For byotrol24 they wanted a partner to fund the sales and marketing (or at least the initial effort required to get sales up to what they regarded as the critical level) but also wanted to keep control of the branding I think.

So that sort of segmentation perhaps makes you wonder how many more deals could be done? If they've done worldwide hospitals (surface disinfection) with Tristel and they've been working on US consumer (byotrol24 surface disinfection) then what about all the other:
countries?
segments?
products?

And that's for the "core" technologies. Then there are all the plain vanilla licensing possibilities for the non-core technologies.

When the new EmaAnd FDA Guidelines arrive shortly Tristel and Byotl willhave the world leading Product with a sales force in 35 countries including USA with Tristel current partner. Not sure of the exact figure but as high as 75% of existing products currently used will be obsolete.and the new guidelines and that’s the reason Tristel wanted Bytrol patented tech it’s the best .

I don't think any company would be investable if you judged it on mistakes made in the last 10 years...guess it all adds to the shorter's chaff though.

I've already said that they will get some extra orders because of the shortages just like they did during Swine flu... something is better than nothing..

What happened to Byot post Swine flu, a decade ago.... There was a lack of interest, they lost contracts and had a placing...


Fact is WHO/CDC/HSE advice is to use alcohol based sanitiser..


Govns from around the world will follow WHO/CDC advice...
