Extraordinary, several results delays and now this suspension from tomorrow as the results are apparently incomplete. I note they appointed a new 'temporary' CFO in May.

Has he found something unpleasant, perhaps?

23rd August was also 5 weeks before the end of the 6 month period, the time limit for publishing results.
Unlike 23rd August, if they don't announce the results TODAY, they face suspension, pending clarification.

So they have 6hrs to announce the results...

You would expect to see Byot24 rolled out at ALL Target stores, after all it's been a year of trials.
You would also expect to see the name of the 'new' customer, as announced in the TU of 4 months ago.

That's strange because on 8th Sept you said that you have it on good authority that trading and profitability at MS is running above forecast...
So you are expecting them to confirm that, aren't you?

That's a relevant observation 1gw.

On the 23rd August,Byotrol shares closed at 3.65pence.
Three months later the share price bottomed at 1.525 on the occasion of the Ruffer disposal.

That disposal resulted in a one day churn of 33 million BYOT shares on Dec 20th;so quite a lot of stock for the market to digest over the intervening 9 months.

I do hope that the BOD are able to report some meaningful progress allied to profitability when the results are belatedly made available to investors later today.

Further delay... They now need ONE extra day.. really!!

They announced the TU 4 months ago, so they obviously know the results...

No more delays, results Monday or they face suspension, pending clarification..

In the sense that they have to publish results by the end of September don't they?

Whether the reason for the delay is that some other negotiation is going down to the wire I have no idea, that wasn't what I was trying to imply. Although I do find it somewhat difficult to believe that the further delay is purely down to the increased complexity of getting audited accounts done now that they have Medimark on board.

In any case, they ought to be able to give a very good idea of likely 1H performance now in their outlook statement.
