At last our mm is having to earn his money, having had a charitable seller supplying him for the past 4 months whenever he had a buyer and taking 10% for his hard work ! Much tougher now selling £20k worth at premium and hoping some sellers will help him out, he ain't having any of mine!

Funny old market in Byotrol shares this morning with that 815775 premium trade resulting in the bid bid price currently exceeding the offer price of 2.36p.

Going up....but where to ?

Thanks Mud. Good information, it sounds as though it could be meaningful. Something a lot of us have forgotten. Solvey have been working on this for some time now so it could all be very exciting.A lot has happened at the company in the last 12 or so months we may be starting to see some good upside.

Extracted from the BYOT annual results eleven months ago.

"Revenues in this segment were heavily dependent this year on a large deal near to year end on Actizone. This deal was essentially a sale by Byotrol to Solvay of Actizone patents and intellectual property, in return for:

· payments falling due in financial years ending March 2018 and March 2019;

· an ongoing royalty on all Actizone sales thereafter, with minimum guarantees in years ending March 2020 and 2021;

· a further payment in early 2022 should sales exceed certain sales targets in 2021;

· an ongoing right to sell Actizone technologies in finished product form, which we believe will be of interest to both consumer and business markets."

Page 36 has Solvay saying that Actizone is now one of their blockbuster innovation projects. Anyone know whether Byot still has a financial interest in this one please?

Mm is happy now our charitable seller has provided him with some more stock to sell on at 5% premium! I wonder if our seller realises that mm are not charities or worthy causes needing help...can now buy 150k at 2.1p

Interesting forecast, assuming its reliable:

Unusually,one could not trade BYOT with Spreadex today.
I am very optimistic that we might see some more upward movement in the share price early next week.

The market for BYOT stock is suddenly looking much stronger than of late.

It might be today,or maybe in a few days,but I can see the share price moving up noticeably from the current depressed 2.3-2.4pence quote.

Oh for news on that potential second US trial!

Looks very sensible appointment, makes sense to employ a higher quality chap part time. Doesn't seem to please our resident seller(s) but hey ho more cheap shares for investors willing to look further out! Can't have many left surely?

Byotrol are ditching low margin lines which I believe included the McBride formulated,
Byotrol containing,Tesco's own brand.

I had wondered at the MMs buying in over a million shares in the hours that followed the now marked but much delayed notification.
As slicethepie says,the market makers are playing a fine and profitable tune with BYOT shares.

Byotrol is taking aim at the right market(USA) with the right man(Espalin)at the helm.

"The Americas region accounted for the largest market share of the global infection control market owing to the increasing awareness about chronic infections along with the growing number of service providers. These factors are driving the market growth in the region. Moreover, the U.S. contributes to a significant market share for the infection control industry."

News of that second North American trial,if it can be secured,should prove very beneficial............all round.

A delayed 1,000,000 sale from yesterday morning explains the excellent liquidity seen since.
The stock was very quickly absorbed, so we might see the upward march in the share price continuing, sufficient to challenge that 3.26 pence resistance level.
