The "trouble" with BYOT is in the margin.
If the product is as good as the company claim,then it should be charged out at SIX times the current rate,particularly as it constitutes less than 1% of any formulation.
The BOD do not seem to grasp this necessity.
Solvay,imo,is yet another red herring.
They will have a good look at the technology,carry out some token joint development and then move on..
Ruffer reducing does nothing for any residual optimism.
Byotrol may ultimately gain some traction and generate a worthwhile level of EBITDA.
In the short term this does not look possible,based on recent news flow from the company.
A trade sale at a modest figure would seem our best shot at recouping some losses.
Bring it on is my mantra .

Now we know how the MMs' have been able to offer BYOT stock at such a lowly level.
I remain perplexed about where we go from here,although that is not a new phenomena.

Quite possibly maxk,for we have another 12 months to go before any sniff of profitability.
" The Board expects the Company to report EBITDA break-even in the six months to 31 March 2016."
Byotrol has had a succession of positive tie ups over recent years,none of which seemed to have much impact or longevity.
Fingers crossed then that Byotrol and Solvay come up with a winning product.(eventually)

At a guess I would say it's one of Ruffers clients who took part in the placing.

Without going back I think it was at 3p so hopefully it may dry up if we trickle back.
