12/8/2015 19:26 | The "trouble" with BYOT is in the margin. If the product is as good as the company claim, then it should be charged out at SIX times the current rate, particularly as it constitutes less than 1% of any formulation. The BOD do not seem to grasp this necessity. Solvay, imo,is yet another red herring. They will have a good look at the technology, carry out some token joint development and then move on.. Ruffer reducing does nothing for any residual optimism. Byotrol may ultimately gain some traction and generate a worthwhile level of EBITDA. In the short term this does not look possible, based on recent news flow from the company. A trade sale at a modest figure would seem our best shot at recouping some losses. Bring it on is my mantra . | mudbath
12/8/2015 15:43 | I cant see anything even slightly contentious in what I have written. If you were to make a sensible comment , it would be a first | brownson
12/8/2015 13:11 | brownson, what total rubbish you have written, I doubt if even you believe that after purchasing additional shares recently. Not worthy of any sensible comment. | shroder
11/8/2015 14:02 | Shirley this has to good for lil ól Byotrol in the long run. "Biocidal Product Regulations Then there is the implementation of Biocidal Product Regulations. The biocides themselves have been or are being reviewed and in some cases are no longer supported for use. The number of available biocides for use across all of the different 22 Product Types (including Food – PT4) has decreased from well over 750 to now less than 250, and it becomes apparent that the selection of the right biocide to meet all of these challenges is becoming increasingly difficult." | shroder
11/8/2015 10:14 | steady trickle of sellers. A buyer or two would make a pleasant change | brownson
10/8/2015 18:05 | Now we know how the MMs' have been able to offer BYOT stock at such a lowly level. I remain perplexed about where we go from here, although that is not a new phenomena. | mudbath
10/8/2015 17:18 | 1.8m L trade offsetting the 3.59 buying volume. Is that the lot now reported. | shroder
07/8/2015 11:47 | Looking forward to seeing the Novacare agreement progress, from their home page: "2014 key figures World number one producer of specialty surfactants A major player in polymers, amines, guar, and phosphorus derivatives Net sales: € 2,033 million 28 industrial sites" | shroder
04/8/2015 09:22 | looks like a few taking advantage of the rise to offload | brownson
04/8/2015 09:12 | Quite possibly maxk, for we have another 12 months to go before any sniff of profitability. " The Board expects the Company to report EBITDA break-even in the six months to 31 March 2016." Byotrol has had a succession of positive tie ups over recent years, none of which seemed to have much impact or longevity. Fingers crossed then that Byotrol and Solvay come up with a winning product.(eventually) | mudbath
04/8/2015 09:10 | Sounds like good news, but very little detail. | greedfear
04/8/2015 07:53 | Is it fundraiser time? | maxk
04/8/2015 07:46 | But it depends how much technical and regulatory effort they each put in.... | janeann
04/8/2015 07:42 | Profits 50/50... | battlebus2
04/8/2015 07:16 | certainly a positive tie up this morning, although would be nice to see the financials of the venture, | janeann
04/8/2015 07:13 | Lol patience playful, that 10p is coming. Inflection point indeed. Well done David and team..... | battlebus2
04/8/2015 07:06 | Good news and about time too I like David telling us this is a clear inflection point, let's hope so... | playful

22/7/2015 14:16 | At a guess I would say it's one of Ruffers clients who took part in the placing. Without going back I think it was at 3p so hopefully it may dry up if we trickle back. | shroder |
