23/6/2022 16:19 | PMSL Maybe you should delist from investing once you understand how these companies operate especially on AIM :D | mrblueface
23/6/2022 16:15 | Not necessarily so. BMN will pay the SPV for the electricity at the going rate. They have indicated that the rates are similar to their current ESKOM rates. The saving will be via our 40% share of the project less Mikhail’s 16% share of BE. | nvhltd
23/6/2022 16:15 | Dont forget the 10% they will save on those hours though :) | whoknew1234
23/6/2022 16:06 | Along with 25,000 hours of corruption per year. | purchaseatthetop
23/6/2022 16:06 | Lol, 10% is still 10% isn't it? | whoknew1234
23/6/2022 16:05 | According to the South African Department of Energy, “Most areas in South Africa average more than 2 500 hours of sunshine per year, with an average solar-radiation level range of between 4.5 and 6.5kWh/m2per day.” This, coupled with the solar revolution the world markets, as well as South Africa, are currently experiencing, represents a huge opportunity for the South African market to take advantage of! | mauricegarin1
23/6/2022 16:05 | Just think, it'll only take 125 years to NET off the capex requirement. | plat hunter
23/6/2022 16:03 | Whoknew….the price of electricity has trebled so not sure they are saving anything. | purchaseatthetop
23/6/2022 16:01 | Thanks so saving 10% on electricity would save them 1.22mil a year!!Thanks for confirming | whoknew1234
23/6/2022 15:56 | What isn’t clear from the charging of the VRFB is whether the solar PV charges the battery twice or whether it’s a combination of solar during the day and cheaper grid power at night. | nvhltd
23/6/2022 15:50 | You’ll find the answer you are looking for by reading the RNS I have just referenced. You’ll find the VRFB is charged and discharged twice a day. Once during the day when electricity prices and demand is at its peak and once in the evening. At the time the system would provide a maximum of 7% of Vametco’s energy needs. That’s increased to just over 10% without any explanation from the company. It could be that they have reduced their energy use since the failure to grow production would naturally mean less energy is consumed. The system hasn’t changed unless they have made it more efficient? | nvhltd
23/6/2022 15:35 | Whoknew….if it is a BE/BMN battery it will never work and never be finished. | purchaseatthetop
23/6/2022 15:30 | Thoughts on this?.So if the battery is charged only once a day the potential saving per year is 982,000 USD. If the battery charges twice per day then the potential saving is 1.22M USD | whoknew1234
23/6/2022 15:25 | This is a classic RNS from BE dated 27/3/2019: I won’t paste it here. It’s too comical. Check out the outlandish claims from Mikhail. None of which have been delivered. | nvhltd
23/6/2022 13:35 | Noticed you ramping about the v price rises earlier ;) | whoknew1234
23/6/2022 13:34 | Maybe you should delist yourself from this board until you can add up :) | whoknew1234
23/6/2022 12:54 | Well yes they will likely delist from aim the sooner the better ...but it will be for an upgrade . | megaman2

23/6/2022 10:43 | PATP Yes I know and I also know that, despite what they say, the sustaining costs are quite high and they've just negotiated a deal with 6% annual increases on the wage bill. Also, they pretty much have consistently fallen below their guidelines for production. They need another Vanadium price spike to get Fortune et al and us investors out of the mire they've driven into. | 1347 |
