This is the problem, from the 2017 Annual Report:

In 2017, Vametco commenced a three-phased expansion project with the aim of increasing annualised production capacity to 5,000 mtV by the end of 2019. Phase one of the expansion plan was successfully completed on time and on budget in the third quarter of 2017, during which time Vametco reached an annualised production capacity of 3,035 mtV. Phase two of the expansion was, completed on time and in budget in June 2018,resulting in Vametco achieving an annualised production capacity of 3,750 mtV. Phase three of the expansion will increase Vametco’s annualised production run rate to 5,000 mtV by 2019.

Go check what the actual Vametco production figures were in 2018,2019,2020 and 2021. They've now borrowed a shed load of money to buy another clapped out plant, Vamchem, which barely breaks even. As for Bushveld Energy, just pie in the sky stuff, can't even get their own mini-grid up and running after 3 years.

Fortune (ironic name as many have lost one here )has been over promising and under delivering year after year, that's why the share price is where it is and why they've run out of cash.

Shocker, expansion and new ventures require cash...who would have thought it?Even "if" there was dilution to get to 8k, it looks like debt from the RNS, investors benefit through growth, note I say investors not traders.PMSL

Ive got shares in Invinity and nobody has been making any noises about hyosung and Eskom being vfrb ..the share price has tanked ..if the hyosung contract was vfrb it would be more than invinty have ever deployed in its life ...but the Mou was little in detail and was only signed in April ..
How can you bid on a large contract to use vfrbs but not have the tech when they hadnt even signed the Mou in April can't see how they could start manufacturing in time to meet deadlines ..
Glad to be wrong but looks unlikely at this moment surely invinty would be sending out an rns and shouting it from the mountains ..

1. Companies never write in an rns dilution ahoy
2. Bmn need $151 mill for funding albeit in stages
3. History of dilution this year prim duferco c 69 million at c 10p
4. Last cash raised $65 million mostly gone dilution of cln converts to 200. Million plus shares next year and lifetime royalty slapped on vametco
4. Fortune doesn't given a hoot about piis and expressed a desire to bring iis on board .
5. Iis want to come onboard via placing bmn hosting roadshows...there is no more ii shareholders meetings
6. RBC appointed . Andrew from bmn spoke and confirmed they have been brought on to bring on board institutional.investors and are better than bucket shops ...!!!

Read the above and use your noddle . Whilst the rns doesn't explicitly say dilution my experience of aim and bmn means exactly that ... To Deny this high possibility is either absolute naiveity or just being a gah troll

These are the same rampers who where saying only a few month back bmn had loads of cash and would not dilute to pay prim ..

Not only that they keep saying fortune won't dilute at these levels... as duferco sell down their 65 million in confetti gifted at under 10 p ...

Liberi lne if the biggest rampers has Said this;On Wednesday we had a long term expansion roadmap (which will be funded from internal cash flow and externally secured funding later on .. not dilution)


So where in the rns does it say this ??? JUST false claims ...you couldn't make the sheer bare faced lies of these rampers up!! How does he expect the iis that RBC will bring in will enter ?? Where does it say no dilution ??? Folk dreaming...

On lse you can write what you like as long as it's positive ..
Just goes unchallenged...then folk are asking why the share price is so low when things are so great ..!!!

There's another thing here now bmn have continued their trait of sitting in bad news whilst potentially connected folk exit like their shareholders sells last year ...they knew the $151 mill last year ...this is no surprise for a company run by a South African ...
