26/7/2024 13:10 | Think it'll just move up & down with the market now ... unless there is a takeover approach of course. | ![]() mister md
26/7/2024 11:13 | Nice Mr MD. Coat next?.The chart still doesn't look like it's bottomed yet IMO but sideways trend for a while may indicate a base. | ![]() disc0dave46

25/7/2024 13:16 | The bottom could be in the low £6, £5...a bit premature to tell. | ![]() alotto
25/7/2024 09:03 | AL1 Agreed - Still far too high for a fashion brand that has lost its mojo | ![]() pugugly
25/7/2024 08:13 | Every time I top up thinking this is the bottom, it drops more. This is a crazy valuation | ![]() aimloser1
24/7/2024 15:54 | Further to fall if LVMH is anything to go by Given up trying to make sense of the market Buy and hope Not for me Good luck | ![]() jubberjim
24/7/2024 06:58 | I reckon a lot is already reflected in the current shareprice, but recovery could be slow ... | ![]() mister md

21/7/2024 15:19 | One seems to be in touch with current style - The other is not. Style is very fickle and in the eye of the beholder/buyer. | ![]() pugugly
21/7/2024 14:25 | Classic Terry Smith quote apt buy into a business that an idiot can run, as one day one will. Burb proved this & for investors that say blah blah China, sales tax etc look at Ralph Lauren up 50% this year almost a carbon copy business. | ![]() giltedge1

19/7/2024 17:26 | Had picked 690 level as likely bottom yesterday as all my machinations pointed to it Didn't venture in myself (no dividend) Thought I'd missed the boat but looking at the action here and elsewhere am now of the view that if 690 is broken as looks increasingly likely then I will have to re-evaluate. There is no market as FOMO and FOGC occupies a lot of investors minds. It is not something I am comfortable with so am staying out Directionless . Think this could go lower and I am not willing to take a chance I am long of Diageo but as a fashion victim and retired football fanatic will have to give this a body swerve. Best of luck to those who endeavour to make sense of it Have a good weekend | ![]() jubberjim
19/7/2024 14:10 | Mister MD"Increase in shorts over past few days"Just had a look and from recent moves the net increase is only marginal at 0.05%. Some reduced some added. | ![]() disc0dave46
19/7/2024 13:44 | Looked at this for a recovery play. However, with the dividend cancelled share price recovery will be slow.Hope this is the bottom for shareholders, however, would not be surprised to see a decline over the next 6 months. One to monitor, but no investment from me yet. | ![]() wallywoo
19/7/2024 11:57 | Increase in shorts over past few days. | ![]() mister md
19/7/2024 11:26 | Problems unlikely to be fixed in 12 months, their trading challenges are more significant than episodic weakness seen in the past. Chinese consumers beginning to shun western brands is something BRBY has not encountered before - and that's just one factor. | ![]() essentialinvestor
19/7/2024 11:02 | Was yesterday a dead cat bounce?, looks that way. New CEO has inherited a lot of problems, will take a year at least. Fashion has a long lead time, so too late to change winter collection, so next summer earliest to make mark. Risks on the downside, not much support, except possible takeover, unlikely why buy now, when you can hoover up next year at a lower price & problems fixed hopefully. | ![]() giltedge1
19/7/2024 10:42 | True, but looking at that long-term chart, over the past 10 years each major dip has recovered back to previous highs or newer highs. So I'm making the assumption that eventually the same will happen again (with dividends hopefully restored in the not too distant future too). It's not like a small cap stock that never recovers. And exact timing is of course impossible. | ![]() mister md |
