Careful BT currently dump all these unprofitable contracts onto third parties.

So maybe they will keep doing that.

boris plans to provide fast broadband to every home.
it will cost billions, all of those small hill villages with a few dozen customers.

Hope BT (thats us) get a fair deal on subsidies.
Boris looks after Boris, he will wish to deliver his election promise at our expense.

Plenty to worry about.

what are bt plans to deal with their Pension Deficit?

Perhaps the share price plunge is anticipating Government regulations to force companies
to make bigger financial contributions to pension deficits.

Difficult to see how the share price plunge has anything to do with corona

Well according to the experts the peak of the infection regarding the coronavirus will be within 3 to 9 weeks. Once we hit the peak undervalued shares will bounce back. 200p by Christmas.

Travel is being severely impacted by this contravirus infection people are panicking and not bothering to stop and think
how are people going to stay in touch when travel is coming under increasing pressure
I took the dog out this pm freezing rain biting cold came back and have started buying in no particular order
fuel and energy stocks
telecoms (for the aforementioned reasons
healthcare and medicinal
and supermarkets
these are the stocks that should get us through what is developing slowly into a full blown crisis
If a few analysts and the like took their head out of the sand and looked at the wider picture I am sure we would all be a lot better off

Maybe the trend for passive investment, ETF's and Index trackers is the problem.

Machine selling becomes random and not selective.
And BT is a highly liquid easy to sell share.

Amazed BT has done this badly.

Cannot see the logic, I would have thought during a pandemic broadband and mobile would have been the preferred method of communication.

Holding on here, maybe we need some information from the management.
