19/7/2023 07:14 | Nice fillip this morning in the SP, presumably largely predicated on the inflation numbers this morning I suppose. Has there been anything else-broker update? | cwa1
19/7/2023 07:13 | Sorry HSBC was 10 July not 10 June | dandanactionman
19/7/2023 07:12 | All IMHO DYORBetter then expected UK inflation data and BLND and LAND shares appear to be continuing recovery.I will find it very funny IF (and this is a big IF) the HSBC downgrade of sector around 10 June was the low??? | dandanactionman
11/7/2023 14:11 | Oh, thumbs down by a climate change bore | borisjohnsonshair
11/7/2023 12:10 | Brexit is our saviour, once the left appeasers are hung out. | borisjohnsonshair
11/7/2023 11:15 | You just know once the hardcore recession starts in brexit basket case U.K. in the 4th quarter onwards these are going to get hammered, will end up needing another capital raise like after 08. Why buy this when you can get a better return risk free with treasuries. Can’t bleve I owned this once at over a tenner. | porsche1945
11/7/2023 11:09 | I would suggest most propcos have had a reasonable first half given the positive economic data but it depends where we are headed thats driving sentiment. Agree though they are in a reasonable position with no immediate debt worries but need to drawdown for capex though so finance charges will creep up. These big entities with JVs are lot harder to unpick the financials than the ordinary reits to know whether there are any hidden issues lurking puts me off. | nickrl
11/7/2023 08:44 | 7.2 YTM on the 2028 bond Alas can't get a fill on it | williamcooper104
11/7/2023 07:18 | My small holding is well underwater. I Decided to top up at this time of heavy gloom. | gorse
11/7/2023 06:20 | LTV and debt absolutely unconcerning making the MCAP to NAV look very wrong. 450-550p is realistic. | borisjohnsonshair
11/7/2023 06:14 | AGM statement: Operationally looks strong, no debt refinancing until 2026, when interest rates will surely be much lower?? (LTV was 36% at 31/03, credit rating A). Nothing about covenants, but it looks as though they could sell stuff quite easily if needed. | jonwig
10/7/2023 07:13 | Definitely not helping matters:- British Land Cut to Reduce at HSBC; PT 233 pence | cwa1

27/6/2023 14:06 | BRITISH LAND FINANCIAL SUMMARY advfn data The current BLND market cap is 2.73B. The company's latest EPS is -110.6 and P/E is -2.66. BoE look set to go to 6% this year The UK housing market looks set for a dire 2 years plus with falls of 30% predicted by some experts Will land prices also be affected ? | buywell3
27/6/2023 14:00 | West End, City, kings Cross - yep Canada Water - do we really need more Canary Wharf (though BL likely to focus it more on resi so probably manageable) | williamcooper104
27/6/2023 13:57 | Based on last year's dividend this is on a 7.6% yield now Discount to NAV is a mere 50%. It seems a bit bonkers at this price although admittedly you have to believe their high end London campuses are the future. | hugepants
23/6/2023 15:42 | Missed it but will top up Monday (at some point) for sure | panache1
23/6/2023 15:28 | Couldn't resist any longer. Just taken some. Surprised to get them under £3-but that's where we're at I suppose... | cwa1
23/6/2023 14:28 | Sorry, wallywoo. XD was yesterday whatever way you want to shake it up :-) | cwa1
