It's more macro and continued fear over future of offices (there is one but it's going to be painful) A reinvigorated CW will compete with Canada Water; but BL doesn't have any major exposure to C Wharf - and the planned office content on Can Water got cut back

Dan, there are so many differences between the two operations that it isn't directly relevant but the market is a weird place. Hence when one property owner has to pump in cash.....
