08/9/2023 13:29 | That's a big call SC. FORT may be worth keeping an eye on fwiw, but the earnings downgrade cycle may have some way left to run | essentialinvestor
08/9/2023 13:27 | And down she goes...looks like this will be at the 20s in short order | scepticalinvestor
05/9/2023 15:34 | Yup, tough market ATM. Thought DGE was value a few weeks back!. Gama my only buy today. | essentialinvestor
05/9/2023 15:30 | EI My guess is that you're correct. The end of the downwards cycle is probably a way of yet. Though my crystal ball is hazy. I suppose you need to wonder how much of that is already "baked in" and allow for the fact that the share price will possibly lead upwards when the cycle does turn. Put me down for "who knows" though! | cwa1
05/9/2023 11:19 | CWA, are we at the end of the sector earnings downgrade cycle?, I reckon we are some way off still - all be it the share price is likely to make a cycle low while fundamentals continue to worsen. | essentialinvestor
05/9/2023 11:16 | Not updeat no , but it was never going to be with the construction industry struggling ... shame i'm such a thicko ?! | jeanesy
05/9/2023 10:39 | No, not upbeat but not TOO bad under the current circs. and probably about where most people's expectations are I would imagine | cwa1
05/9/2023 07:42 | Not exactly very upbeat. . . | scepticalinvestor
05/9/2023 07:34 | Calm down Linford Christie it's only 8am. | brickdontblink
05/9/2023 07:33 | agm statement out now | redalert
05/9/2023 06:12 | No agm statement?! | scepticalinvestor

12/8/2023 18:34 | I am concerned that they may profit warn quite badly on Taylor Maxwell at some point | aublune
12/8/2023 18:31 | Recent reports say commercial construction is still positive. Given BRCK supply most materials required i expect revenue to be holding up well despite slow houebuilding. | alter ego
12/8/2023 17:58 | If you allow for the dividend, you could have bought today for an effective price of 50.35p. Forecast adjusted EPS for y/e 31/3/24 is 9.75 - so a PER of @5.2. That seems to be factoring in a hell of a lot of problems. Bought a starter stake - get back 4% of my money in 2 weeks time. BWDIK | podgyted
11/8/2023 16:47 | Ex divi day soon | scepticalinvestor
04/8/2023 16:40 | Agreed. Not very insightful. At this kind of price, pure earnings grind should make it worth holding. Anyone looking for value will surely park their money here when macro conditions change provided they don't move too late and miss it. Personally happy for this one to sit down for a few years and earn the old-fashioned way, free of speculation money bloating its value. - BDB | brickdontblink |
