I just cannot see why a market value of around £12 million is justified. Who on earth is going to pay £20 million?

Irrelevant of one's overall views on the company it is hard to see how anyone can view todays Reach announcement as 'waffle'. Informative would be a better descriptive even without any financial information which is far from uncommon with such an announcement. If nothing else the announcement shows that Brave Bisons work is gaining both respect and traction among a growing number of major sporting events and brands. Long way to go obviously, but waffle....surely not.

Agreed. Still have small holding here but increasingly irritated by lack of financial information on deals and tie ups . It's not a charity!!!

A money raise for an acquisition, and running the share price up. If it is then as long as one jumps off before the news, then maybe leave a profit.

How big will the losses be?

While cash has increased by £658k and Net Cash has increased by £600k in six months - and a gross profit of not less than £3.9m and EBITDA of just £0.1m - the costs of restructuring - bonuses (facing paying bonuses while losses mount)- How great are the NET LOSSES ?

Have they deferred payments?

How much debt is now owing and debt?

Good luck to those that sail this ship till April - you might need it if they raise money to "capitalise on potential opportunities."
