While todays news is positive it clearly shows they have a long way to go to produce anything other than EBITDA profits on an adjusted basis.

Today some fancy getting positive news at the AGM I suspect.

Not the message they will be wanting to send out to stakeholders that attend the AGM I guess but maybe a few insiders are getting ready for good news laced with acid about a merger or buy that they have been on about for some time, and if its a share based deal, they can only do that I expect by consolidation.

50 x 1 maybe?

Selling under bid, and little volume, so its going to collapse soon

The slide continues with only one MM on bid at 1.3p today. How long before it goes sub 1p? Will it with the AGM coming up? Could there be positive news?

Someone dumped 500,000 shares today. Obviously not confident huh

LOL - T, I would suggest that the above posts are more likely to prevent anyone investing in BBSN if they were daft enough to take a blind bit of notice in what is posted on these threads, rather than do their own research into any company they are considering investing in.

If your a shareholder I suggest you also attend the AGM on 27 May at 11 am and find out more for yourself about Brave Bison.

Guess your attempts to sucker more gullible investors into this aren't working huh

They took the trouble to release a RNSNON on 11.05.21 about a renewal of contract but on checking it is only for three months, hardly something to issue the RNS for unless they were trying to keep the share price up I guess. Not that it has been a success in that respect as it continues top slide with just one MM on bid at 1.35p

The supports seems to be falling away but how much longer will it before they consolidate the shares, and then raise funds for an acquisition or reverse Tangent into it maybe.

Selling under bid huh. MMs are asleep.

It only takes a couple of larger buys like todays, and there is a pip upwards from what now seems top be at or near the floor for the time being anyway.

Sure, increased volume. But have they suddenly turned the corner from being a loss making organisation? If not then this is more likely some of the pump and dump crews trying to drum up interest in a thin market

Decent volume on a bad day in the market.

As you say T - not an exciting share but surprisingly even with your negativity that the price has not fallen through the 1p mark, is it not?

Seems to me that only a few board holders are dropping stock.

Wow, this is an exciting share huh. Slow painful death as the market has cottoned on to the perpetual loss making.

Guess the market is not convinced eh? No bid support here, despite some saying they will buy the dips.

I was not comparing this to Amazon, all I was pointing out that it is not unusual for companies to make losses while building a profitable business but at least unlike a lot of highly priced companies listed on AIM the Group has been profitable on an adjusted EBITDA* basis for the last 7 months.

Still maybe you can make money going short on this stock, in fact I think you most likely will at present but if the price falls further the likes of myself will buy more.

Good Luck.

Amazon once made huge losses T but look at it now - sometimes it is part and parcel of growing a successful operation as I sure you well know.

The important thing for me at this time is that the group has become profitable on an adjusted EBITDA basis. Long may it continue and then maybe in a year or two it will become a money spinner in every way.

I said from the start that you had to be brave to invest in this, hence the title of the thread - I also said not one for widows or orphans.

If there are investors reading this thread that are looking for security then maybe they are better selling up and moving on as the risks are high but so are the long term rewards imo.

So please do not suggest that I am trying to sell off to those unfamiliar with the accounts or state of the company.

If you want to find the details of their actual losses, it's first mentioned on page 40 of their annual report. Some might even say that they tried to bury that bad news in the *adjusted EBITDA waffle Total comprehensive loss for the year £2.029 million Earnings Per Share (0.35p). That's negative for those who are unfamiliar with accounting practice :-)

Correct - I will change that also. The error was not intentional.

From the RNS:

"The results for the second half of the year, including generating positive cashflow of over £0.6 million and an adjusted EBITDA of £0.5 million, mark encouraging progress for Brave Bison"

"The Board is pleased to report that, following the restructuring carried out in 2020, the Group has been profitable on an adjusted EBITDA* basis for the last 7 months."

PS - Thanks for the offer but I employ an accountant to point out my errors and omissions but i am delighted that you are qualified to advise us on this thread.

CT.

Except its still wrong and your post is still false. They have not been "cash positive" I can give you a 101 lesson in basic accounting if you want?

Sorry I forgot to put on an EBITDA basis. I shall correct and edit my above post.

Thank you for making it clear to all readers.

I hope you will continue to monitor the thread and ensure none of us make misleading statements, and if any poster does (like I did in error) not correct their post or acknowledge the error one can assume it to be intentional.
