05/12/2024 10:20 | So Nett assets were £24.7m per the results in October. W7L are paying £13.88m. So effectively £10.9m less than NAV. Presumably this means the £13.4m Intangibles on the last Balance Sheet have been discounted about 80%. Maybe wonder how the Auditors signed off the balance sheet valuation and whether the Intangibles Impairment testing was fit for purpose? | mortimer7

21/10/2024 10:12 | 2* Brand Architekts Group posted very soft FY24 results this morning although in part the softness was due to a strategic refocus of the business which is underway with the Group’s focus now on fewer, bigger, solution-led margin accretive brands, rationalising the portfolio to 8 key focus brands. Sales for FY24 were £17.0m which was down 15% on 2023: £20.1m partly due to this planned brand rationalisation programme, but also due to the challenging trading conditions in the UK caused by a cost-of-living crisis and an unseasonably wet spring and early summer. Encouragingly the ongoing refocus helped to boost gross profit margins by 1.5% to 41.2%... ...from WealthOracle wealthoracle.co.uk/d | martinmc123
