21/8/2015 15:33 | Hellscream - why don't you go and live in a white country then? | ![]() silverfern
21/8/2015 08:51 | DeanF - that's a really interesting read. I wonder what BP. Are doing to future proof its earnings?? Are they investing in clean energy? | ![]() tfergi
21/8/2015 08:33 | Bookbroker, only two? Where do you get that? According to The Oil and Gas Journal there are 137 there ... And BP itself has three ... | ![]() uncle_sam
21/8/2015 07:49 | BP. has cut capex well before many other majors, it is making a mint on refining margins at the moment, still one of the strongest oil cos. in the world, remember there are only two refineries left in the U.S.! | ![]() bookbroker
21/8/2015 05:05 | You can't expect it to just drop every day, there will be some up days but the general trend is going to be downwards as it heads towards the cliff. | mbthedude
20/8/2015 19:36 | Bracke, What more do i want? Hmmm... begun to think the only thing for a sustainable rise IS that pill - (That is a rhetorical question 2..) Maybe BP can do it on it's own...?? | ![]() visa33
20/8/2015 17:41 | Visa You are being unfair. It rose throuhout the day in a fair representation of a parabola, broke through yesterdays close, peaked and eased back to settle in a plus situation. What more do you want? That is a rhetorical question. | ![]() bracke
20/8/2015 17:17 | Now hear this, Now hear this! As we have attempted (unsuccessfully) a rise back to sea-level; we r instead to attempt a soft-seabed landing whilst double-bottoming and then heading back up. Carry on everyone… | ![]() visa33
20/8/2015 15:22 | Good day Penycae Yes it can certainly brighten one's day. | ![]() bracke
20/8/2015 14:44 | Afternoon bracke! Always nice to see a good rise. | penycae
20/8/2015 14:27 | Account balance and size.......I'm saying nothing. | ![]() bracke
20/8/2015 14:14 | Peny, i commiserate about your ego. Though I believe there are pills u can take nowadays for that instead of proportionate bank balances, and work just as well. | ![]() visa33
20/8/2015 13:13 | Visa - my problem is that my ego tends to grow in proportion to my account balance. If I have a few quid in my account, I tend to take greater risks. Before I went on holiday, I made a point of withdrawing profits daily. This meant that margin was always restricted, as was the risk. You wouldn't believe the stops I've got on my present trades. Absolutely stupid, but they come out of years of trading forex. I know, I know.......... | penycae
20/8/2015 13:04 | Peny, best of luck. Short term, u may be right but that corrections got to come some time soon... | ![]() visa33
20/8/2015 12:47 | Visa - yep, still holding DOW long. Futures down 142 points. DOW now in an area of support way below 200EMA. Futures bandits just squaring things off for the afternoon session. You have to accept the propostion. Bit like skiing. If you can't take going down hill fast, stay off the slopes altogether. | penycae
20/8/2015 12:25 | mbt - inclined 2 agree. And when that happens, surely the trend on down will continue (10%) 16000’sh at least?? Peny- ‘Just gone long on the DOW from 17271’ ... in the immortal words of John McEnroe: YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS! | ![]() visa33
20/8/2015 11:26 | Heard this late last night. Took me back a bit. | penycae
20/8/2015 10:43 | BP. holding up better than the DOW! Need to look at the extremes now. EUR/GBP, $/Yen, cable - all at turning points, as are the major indicies. Some big moves coming. When the other "extremists" start popping up on the thread, it's normally a signal of an exhaustion move. | penycae
20/8/2015 10:19 | My research tells me the lows are going to occur in mid September | mbthedude

20/8/2015 09:18 | Morning Penycae, I was still 'resting' when it hit the low otherwise I may have been tempted into a buy. | ![]() optomistic
20/8/2015 09:12 | Morning all. Five days of selling, with a doji forming on the daily from a low of 362.55. Planets are lining up. Just gone long on the DOW from 17271. Trade well and prosper........... | penycae |
