15/3/2017 08:07 | Who isn't relaxed ??? Strange statement IMHO | ![]() ihavenoclue
15/3/2017 08:04 | The directors all have a fiduciary duty and as such are liable for their actions. I don't think any of them would be prepared to act as stooges for COC. The two put forward by COC are independents. Relax, at least until we know more about the strategy going forward. | ![]() belo horizonte
15/3/2017 08:04 | It seems to be acknowledged New Age are looking at IPO this year - Entinde will certainly be in focus. | ![]() yasrub
15/3/2017 08:01 | If they hand over Bomono operatorship then there is nothing left at BLVN to employ people for. Etinde will either be drilled before 2020 and realise some upside, or BLVN will get paid their carry of 40m USD. The only work that BLVN will need to do in the meantime is try to sell the Etinde interest for a decent amount but they're unlikely to get much in this environment, and with the pace of development so far. | wh0sthedaddy
15/3/2017 07:57 | Will they asset strip this company, break up the company, return money to SH, cancel the VOG deal, farm out more... lots of questions and lots of answers Interesting times ahead for SH | ![]() bigboots
15/3/2017 07:55 | Your right belo Billie and Clarkson, my mistake | ![]() fatnacker
15/3/2017 07:53 | If they sell off one asset and re neg the other, then it won't be tied up long. | corpbren
15/3/2017 07:52 | Can COC afford to have their money tied up here? | ![]() tli8jaguar
15/3/2017 07:49 | Get your facts right. Clarkson remains as COO. Hart has gone. | ![]() belo horizonte
15/3/2017 07:48 | Do CoC still own 22% or is it higher ? The 22% was the last reported one but that always seemed to be at least a week behind in the reporting of the share change. | ![]() ihavenoclue
15/3/2017 07:46 | QS MMH results way ahead | ![]() csmwssk12hu
15/3/2017 07:42 | Hart and Clarkson remain with Clarkson as ceo and no one's mentioning the possible implications for shareholders? | ![]() fatnacker
15/3/2017 07:40 | Excellent result though all that shareholder cash that Billy spent to increase PI turnout did have an effect with c58% voting this time against c37.5% at AGM. Now, I wonder if Billy will follow Cameron's example and resign for parallel reason to Dave's. Meanwhile, one thing that COC were careful to do in their circular was to emphasize that Ashworth and Chahin were not "their men" but unconnected and independent. However, with c22% of the company will they now not feel entitled to name another NED (one of themselves even) to represent their interest/ | ![]() warbaby43
15/3/2017 07:35 | phowdo ... nope. CoC legally own the shares so I am not sure how there can be a challenge. The whole RNS reeked of sour grapes and they just wanted to show how much 'support' they had without the CoC votes in the picture. | ![]() ihavenoclue
15/3/2017 07:35 | Hart should have went years ago. not a holder though. good luck. | nickmann
15/3/2017 07:34 | Of coursse that was the BoDs point in publishing those numbers. But, it is what it is. | ![]() thorpematt
15/3/2017 07:33 | That's IIs for you ..."institutional indifference" | ![]() thorpematt
15/3/2017 07:33 | Im wondering if Hart is in a last ditch attempt to legally challenge the COC votes. Hence publishing the result with and without... | ![]() phowdo
15/3/2017 07:31 | "The operator at Etinde is New Age, a rather active privately-held E&P operation backed by Vitol, private equity and a US hedge fund. The chief executive there, Steve Lowden, says it doesn’t much matter to him who is running Bowleven, since the AIM-listed company is effectively a sleeping partner. As far as he is concerned, Etinde is very much his project, being developed with Russia’s Lukoil, and he can’t actually remember the last time he even had contact with Bowleven." | wh0sthedaddy
15/3/2017 07:29 | Also CoC did a sterling job of procuring just enough shares to tip the balance in their favour ;) | ![]() ihavenoclue |
