It was a bit childish publishing the vote count without COC's shares. One can see that without pointing out anyway!

Interestingly voting rights associated with some 220m out of the 320m shares were not cast.

Good result but really close. Very high turn out. Just shows what affect they had spending shareholders miney in their campaign eg calls to PIs and letters.

Billy stays as Chairman. Don't think that matters much. If he doesn't tow the line they can vote him off in some way. He wouldn't be allowed the buy google video campaign etc. Maybe a good thing anyway.

It was a close vote in the end, and to think if the normal PI had been considered and Management team had taken wage reductions to slim down the business, they might have got more votes and hung in there.

Arrogance of them,and sour grapes in a RNS - Don't blame anyone but yourself Mr Hart.

RNS very childish in tone.Wonder why it took so long to issue. Recount ? Missing votes ? Suspect we will hear more about this at a later date.So, 4 directors. Surely billy and DC wouldn't be so silly as to try to block coc's plan (chairman has casting vote) ? Or will they be happier cut loose from kh ?
