I agree it's probably just down to admin, and the current board will charge £100k to release the RNS, but it seems some feel the need to come out with wild theories to explain the "delay".

From LSE: Have they bought COC shares at a huge premium with our money? Could they do that, say buy them at 40p , that would be the worst of all worlds, reduced cash and the board still in control.

I suspect there is some sort of compromise or interim deal being put into place.

Otherwise they'd have announced things at the meeting.

I'm not sure what time the meeting closed. For the record I didn't discuss anything price sensitive with Cyman just personal details about me that I'd rather wasn't on this board.

the results are usually/always announced by RNS so thats no different. But in most cases the RNS is just the official record, they normally announce the result at the meeting.
