14/3/2017 11:15 | I wonder what will be left of the Bowleven carcass when they are finished? Not much i suspect, maybe the remains of Bomono plus no cash or Etinde | donpatrol
14/3/2017 11:06 | rossannan One thing to correct if i may and with due respect : "and they do right by their fellow Bowleven shareholders" People need to realise that COC did not buy their first tranche of shares to become another 'bowleven shareholder'. From the very 1st share bought off the book, their aim was to take enough stock, cause enough noise and use enough social media battering to gain control of the company. COC are a pretty low food chain investment group who caught a glint of a 'perfect storm' of disgruntled pi's, excess expenditure on poor asset choices, insular nest feathering and promotion by the BoD and a general market malaise. Now they will take what they where after - the cash, sell what they do not want to wait 3 years for - Etinde. | le_commissaire

14/3/2017 10:14 | I never suggested that don just going with the masses like Brexit and trump. We seem to live in a age of weirdness where all traditional ideals have been trashed and the new order has taken control of our destiny. I am just a punter who wants to reduce his losses from huge to something less humiliating | cyman
14/3/2017 10:12 | that's a very spooky thought Don | ctc1
14/3/2017 10:09 | And CoC gaining control is a good thing? Just wait for the Silence from them when they have control. Months and months of nothing, while quietly they filter and siphon off the money and assets. | donpatrol
14/3/2017 09:39 | Well the slightest weakness in price this morning and buyers seem eager to buy. Judging by news leakage coc are in | cyman

14/3/2017 08:47 | Wouldn't surprise me if hart, tried to stop the vote somehow, and force COc to go to the courts, he is a weasel... | hernando2
14/3/2017 08:34 | Another worrying thing for me is that CO don't even know these two new directors (Ashworth & El Chahin) who will be taking over the reins. They were recruited under pressure of time anonymously. | ctc1
14/3/2017 08:32 | Whatever the result of the Meeting, I hope it pans out well for the average PI. Although I do think whichever group is successful you are going to be between a rock and a hard place. | larry laffer

13/3/2017 21:58 | Loglorri1, after a director resigns from the board, he has no obligation to report share transactions (unless he is a substantial shareholder), so we may not know if the former directors sell. | jimbox1
