Ein4 agree re the diamond market, certain parts of it have been quite tough in recent times but other factors make the outlook pretty interesting not least, as you say, the impact of China. And to those who say “ah but what about synthetic diamonds?!” I say well fine but the same issue hasn’t really impacted the sapphire market AND - more pertinently - would you choose to buy a fake Rolex over a real one, would your wife/girlfriend/significant other prefer to receive a fake diamond over a real one...?

Perroverde, ( great nickname) I agree , over 50 per cent of shares are in family and friends hands, most were early investors in African Diamonds and would like a repeat? no interest in making 50 per cent, more like a ten bagger at least.The time is right in the diamond market including China? lets hope James does it? I believe he will.

A lot of the shares are held in ‘close’ hands. Directors own a fair chunk, then a small bunch of tight-holding private individual shareholders (eg those ones who took up the recent placing), then there’s the shares still stuck in SVS (in administration.

It’s tiny volumes - the illiquidity results in this sort of movement - the upside Of course is that it works in the other direction too. Just got to keep the faith in JC and Subterrane!

If the results are positive I'd expect so, otherwise best wait for first positive before starting the flow of news.

Nasar - we need to be mindful of the weather/mud conditions which may have slowed things down a bit, but agree that sounds about right.
