There's not a lot at stake in Zimbabwe with vast, just assistance . Its more on developing a mine at Thorny and in the kalahari with new prospects there.

Zimbabwe will be the blue sky here, remember J T had African Gold which was involved in Zimbabwe , plenty of experience and contacts there? I reckon its exactly what Bods needs , on the ground working away in St Africa and Botswana and blue sky in Zimbabwe .Keep your hats on?

When the detailed agreement between Katanga and ZCDC becomes effective, Botswana Diamonds will be issued with new shares representing 2.5% of Newco.-- In consideration for the issue of the Newco shares, BOD has agreed to provide for 5 years its management know-how at no charge (with a minimum of 40 hours per month) to Vast and Newco for exploration, mining, processing and marketing in relation to the Chiadzwa Community Diamond Concession.Will the above 2.5% of Newco be distributed to BOD shareholders , just out of interest.

Another dilution, issuing 6% to raise £250k (before costs?) and it was thought that they were not going to need to do this as they were going to have an "income stream" from old tailings......

Since £250k is not a lot it shows that income isn't either .
