I suppose we can discount any chance of Shell looking to the SFB for several years at least.

"It said its "prudent approach" included reducing operating costs by $4bn and scaling back its oil exploration operations."

oil tanking and the only way for any rising share price is sentiment

not many oilies have good sentiment at the moment. what i can see , RMP are having very good sentiment and about to spud large gas field too.

or perhaps time to move away from oil. - check JLP, safer bet imho

BOR need to get an independent CPR done. This is normal procedure and I am surprised they have not had this done. Getting the data independently verified is a must if they are to achieve a farmout. It's a basic requirement. They have had long enough to do this so I am not really sure what management are doing. Have they got the data wrong?..hence can't get a farmout. Any independent confirmation would at least give confidence to shareholders, the market and farmout partners.

They don't sound very optimistic at the AGM. Oil price is falling and no farmout for quite sometime. You would of thought with rig rates and drilling costs falling, now would be the perfect time to sink some wells, but no one is interested and it will be the same apologies at the AGM next year. Seems they can't sell it, despite all the data. I wonder what FOGL management think of the BOR management. How did FOGL get their partners and why did they overlook Borders? Something clearly wrong.

Everyone getting a bit tetchy.......gone down too far to worry now (assuming you worried in the first place)......whilst logic is saying one thing; my gut feeling is this will still come good.
