EVERY retailer loses margin on returns...but not money
But don't you think they know that ?
Any erosion on margin expected through returns will be built in to the budget

Not many people actually know this but.......Boohoo LOSES money on every single item that is returned for a refund.

Boohoo pays the costs of the return postage, Boohoo pays the re-stocking costs and Boohoo has the admin costs of issuing refunds.

HIGH LEVELS OF RETURNS REALLY HURTS BOOHOO BADLY.

("QUIZ" or the "Company")

Admission to Trading on AIM and First Day of Dealings

QUIZ, the omni-channel fast fashion womenswear company, is pleased to announce that Admission of its Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, will take place at 8.00am today, 28 July 2017. Dealings in the ordinary shares will commence under the ticker "QUIZ" with ISIN JE00BZ00SF59.

Upon Admission, the Company will have a market capitalisation of £200.0 million, following a successful Placing with institutional and private investors of QUIZ Ordinary Shares. Overall the Placing raised £102.7m of gross proceeds at a Placing Price of 161 pence: £92.1 million of gross proceeds for the Selling Shareholders and £10.6 million of gross proceeds for the Company, which will be used to accelerate its continued growth.

The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company with effect from 28 July 2017 will be 124,230,905. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Panmure Gordon acted as Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker in relation the Admission and the Placing.

Yesterday evening we had a nice recovery run after the weekends efforts .
A few detours on the route this time .
We ran through the local cemetery 🪦 and I noticed a good Samaritan tending to the grounds … “ what’s that lump over there in the corner with the wooden cross and no names ? Is it just waste ground “ I asked..

She then told me it was a paupers grave and had a list of 50 paupers that were thrown in it …. she then followed this up by saying she could recite all of the names within it …
At this point I was like “ fk sake woman , what a sad case “ , and I started to edge away as she was going through the names …
I was almost away but then one name caught my ear …
“ Alfred MILLSTONE “ …
I burst out laughing and the guys looked at me puzzled …
I pushed the Good Samaritan aside and proceeded to take a whizz on the grave …

Running away , laughing , I thought , what were the chances of that 😂😂😂😂8514;😂
