Things must be REALLY bad at Boohoo PLC - in what seems like very desperate measures to try to woo customers, Boohoo has had to DISCOUNT ITS ENTIRE CLOTHING RANGE WITH UPTO 70% OFF.


Boohoo's two biggest clothing rivals ASOS and Primark both recently signalled a slowdown in clothing sales, so that probably doesn't bode well for Boohoo PLC.


Even the prime-time TV advertising for Debenhams has stopped (strangely enough the TV Ads never mentioned that Debenhams is now part of Boohoo PLC - probably due to its toxicity and its links to supply chain slave labour)

Faced with a never ending cycle of work and debt , these guys could be forgiven for losing their cool now and again .
Their futures gambled away on boohoo.
Family members jobs TERMINATED in dodgy factories 🏭.
Add these factors together and you have a debt cycle that ends in bankruptcy or a never ending slog until death 💀.
Faced with such a bleak future , what is it that keeps them going ?
They have hope .
Rather delusional but they do have hope .
They also have fantasy land.
In fantasy land they pretend they are doing well and forget they are 30% down .
However , each morning when the alarm buzzes at 5 am for a 12 hour slog in a dodgy factory ( if they haven’t already had their jobs TERMINATED ) reality bites hard .
These guys invent lies and live within a fantasy world within a fantasy world .
So far removed from reality .

The above goes some way to explaining how one could think they were in big profit , despite being THIRTY PERCENT DOWN

U.S. FEDERAL COURT CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST BOOHOO

Farid Khan v. Boohoo.com USA, Inc
Haya Hilton v. PrettyLittleThing.com USA, Inc
Olivia Lee v. NastyGal.com USA, Inc

Time has finally run out for Boohoo PLC and for Mahmud Kamani and their U.S. lawyers to agree a date, whereby Kamani would provide the Federal Court with his under Oath, video deposition in the Californian $100 Million Class Action lawsuits.

Kamani's ongoing attempts to prolong and delay providing the Federal Court with his personal testimony relating to allegations that Boohoo PLC and its U.S. subsidiaries have engaged in deceptive marketing practices in violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law, Cal. Bus. & Profs. Code § 17200, False Advertising Law, Cal. Bus. & Profs. Code § 17500, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 and fraud, fraudulent concealment and unjust enrichment, to the detriment of U.S. consumers is well documented.

Later today the U.S. Federal Court in California will be issuing its final ruling on the "discovery and disclosure" dispute, thereby FORCING Mahmud Kamani and Boohoo's U.S lawyers to make the appropriate arrangements for Kamani's personal testimony and video deposition.
