Not many people know this but.......Boohoo actually LOSES money on every item that is returned for a refund.

Boohoo pays the costs of the return postage, Boohoo pays the re-stocking costs and Boohoo has the admin costs of issuing refunds.

What we do know for sure, is that Boohoo's large distribution centre in Burnley, Lancashire is seeing a SUBSTANTIALLY higher level of items being returned for refunds.



That's not good for the bottom line, profits.

most 18 - 25 year olds buy boohoo tat ware it for photos with friends and sometime on nights out and then send back for a full refund .. this happens a lot more than people think.. boohoo losses mounting ... shame about UKNEONBOY he will be missed
