Speaking recently to the Californian media the U.S. lawyer, Yasin Almadini who represents the Plaintiffs and Complainants in the Class Action lawsuits stated:

“We've presented hard evidence that Mahmud Kamani is the architect and major driver of the fraudulent pricing schemes Boohoo Group is using to deceive its U.S. customers, and thus far, the court has found the evidence compelling".

“We still intend to conduct a thorough cross-examination and ultimately we shall hold Mahmud Kamani and his companies accountable for deceiving U.S. consumers with fake sales and false pricing schemes.”

Time is fast running out for Boohoo PLC and for Mahmud Kamani and their U.S. lawyers to agree a date, whereby Kamani will provide the Federal Court with his under Oath, video deposition in the Californian $100 Million Class Action lawsuits

Kamani's blatant attempts to delay and to dodge providing the Federal Court with his personal testimony relating to allegations that Boohoo PLC and its U.S. subsidiaries have engaged in deceptive marketing practices in violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law, Cal. Bus. & Profs. Code § 17200, False Advertising Law, Cal. Bus. & Profs. Code § 17500, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 and fraud, fraudulent concealment and unjust enrichment, to the detriment of U.S. consumers, ends TONIGHT.

If the Federal Court has not been provided with the relevant date for Kamani's video deposition, then the Honourable JOHN E. MCDERMOTT, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE, will be Ordering a specific date.
