FURLOUGH ENDING + YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT RISING, SPELLS BAD NEWS FOR BOOHOO PLC

ADVFN have today reported that Boohoo's main high street clothing rival Primark (owned by Associated British Foods PLC) saw its shares fall after it recorded weaker-than-expected fourth-quarter sales at Primark.

This news does NOT bode well for Boohoo PLC.

Clearly, the under 25's are belt tightening and spending much less of new clothes.

UNHAPPY SHOPPERS COMPLAIN ABOUT MOLLY-MAE HAGUE’S CLOTHING COLLABORATION

Fans of former Love Island contestant Molly-Mae Hague have been left disappointed by the social influencer-turned-Creative Director’s latest PrettyLittleThing collection.

Dozens of TikTok videos featuring Boohoo customers showing what they were expecting when they ordered products from Hague’s collection and then comparing them to what they actually received.

It comes after Molly-Mae Hague, was recently named Creative Director for Boohoo’s PrettyLittleThing fashion brand in the UK and Europe. She launched a new clothing collection, which includes blazer dresses, suit sets, dresses, tops, and co-ordinating sets.

But many shoppers complained about the ILL-FITTING CLOTHES that look vastly different from the images modelled by Hague and displayed on the PrettyLittleThing website.

One TikTok user, Charlotte Wallace, posted a video showing a shirt dress modelled by Hague that she ordered, followed by, what the product looked like on herself.

She captioned the video: “WHATS WORST THE FLEA ISSUE AT PLT OR THE SIZING ISSUE”

Another user, Evie, said an oversized fit jumper she ordered left her “literally crying” because the sleeves were so long that they reached her knees. She wrote underneath her TikTok video: “I want an actual apology from Molly-Mae.”

TikTok comedian Star Holroyd posted a video of her trying on all the clothes from Hague’s collection and in one of the outfits, she said: “I do look like I'm wearing a sack.”
