Reading the winding up order (is on Companies House now), I see the company was neither present nor represented in court. Contact details of the official receiver are listed there. Quick search gives the email address as Newcastle.OR@insolvency.gov.uk

The previous chairman told me that they sold the MICT shares for about £1.20 I believe. Hopefully there is some money left there.

Let’s hope the SFO finally investigates into what’s gone on with BNN.

I see there's now a Winding-up Order in The Gazette: www.thegazette.co.uk/notice/4611014

Also, some sort of investigation should take place. From The Gazette: "Once the order is granted, the liquidator (insolvency practitioner or official receiver) will investigate the company and its directors to ensure that the company’s situation wasn’t a result of fraudulent trading, or wrongdoing on the directors’ part. They will look at transactions over the last two to five years, to see if they need to be undone. If there is any evidence of wrongdoing, this will be reported to the Insolvency Service and could lead to a fine and/or director disqualification and compensation order. The directors could also be made personally liable for any debt if a court decides that they acted wrongfully in some way (eg in breach of Companies Act duties, or by paying one creditor in preference to another)."

Thanks for spending the time.
We will need to write this one off and offset it against any investor taxable future profits.

Couldn't prove that I was a shareholder, so didn't discuss. He did say that the debt they are after does go back sometime.

No Director should get away with stripping a company of its assets and cash.

I assume if the company is dissolved then we will not see the company account for 2023 due in June.
