No idea, but as Mark Twain was reputed to have said “ History never repeats itself, but it does often rhyme”. So if they have done bad stuff in the past there is a strong chance history will repeat itself.

No, I have no position (was short, closed it for a profit). I did warn Charles Darcy off this in a PM. I just have a weird fascination in how this fraud will turn out (Badly I reckon - sorry). But when I see investors bleating about what’s going on and not actually trying to find out themselves with a bit of amateur sleuth work, then that really gets my goat. Following the relaxation of the Covid-19 rules, our buyer’s due diligence and the wider transaction process have recently recommenced and the parties are now aiming to complete as much as possible of the remaining work by Chinese New Year (on 22nd January 2023). The balance of the work will then be completed within a short number of weeks after the New Year holidays, followed by the issuance of a Proxy and Notice of General Meeting during the second half of March.
Whilst waiting for further news on the transaction, shareholders can take encouragement from the business’s positive trading performance and profitability. We look forward to updating shareholders again, which we will aim to do by end of February 2023.…

DJ, in a email that I received from Mark Hanson in September 2021, he states that he was waiting for Mercer and Ben White for an update. He goes on to say ‘We understand there are still 3 deals in the pipeline. For the interests of creditors and shareholders the directors are still pursuing these. It is very frustrating for all parties’…;

Like most on here I am sceptical re this sale however i cannot fathom why in the press release they say the company is over performing Why say that if no deal in the offing . I am still convinced Mercers hand is driving all of this and I could never possibly read that mind. BN1
