DJ, in a email that I received from Mark Hanson in September 2021, he states that he was waiting for Mercer and Ben White for an update. He goes on to say ‘We understand there are still 3 deals in the pipeline. For the interests of creditors and shareholders the directors are still pursuing these. It is very frustrating for all parties’…;

Like most on here I am sceptical re this sale however i cannot fathom why in the press release they say the company is over performing Why say that if no deal in the offing . I am still convinced Mercers hand is driving all of this and I could never possibly read that mind. BN1

How many more of these announcements can they make without delivering on them before the wider world spot that it’s all lies to put distance between any dodgy dealings and the ultimate demise of bnn? More distance = more chance of getting away with it.

I’m hopeful that some of the believers on here are right and we will get a return of some sort.

Perhaps if Mercer has the genuine intention to get us our money back, he could buy our shares at a discount (not a discount to the 42p, but a much higher number), he would then retain any further profit? I’d happily sell up now!

Expecting the opposite as the major shareholders want the loan converted into shares for a good reason.
Accounts for the Chinese subsidiary are overdue which is been sold.
Which company will they be buying out if everything goes ahead.
Do we keep all the tech.

Well they are saying turn over up profits up so where does that money go and it can’t disappear over night but for sure if you look at the performance of MICT share price has been played around with from the start same as BNN in its day .. who and why … then look at the characters promoting the investments all have track records or don’t stack up .
