Good evening and Happy Newyear.
While waiting to go out to celebrate Newyear I went into company house and found our subsidiary Brookfield Interactive Systems Limited has been dissolved on the 26th December.
This is our company who has supported our two Chinese subsidiaries with Loans.
Losses carried forward of £32 million in 2018 accounts. Now you wouldn’t let a company dissolve if you have £32 million losses which can be offset against profits in 2022/2023 as stated in last year company news letter.
I suggest all shareholders complain to the FDA on potential fraud by previous Directors/present.
Send them a copy of the company news letters and mention the CEO past who only recently resigned from Tingo had irregularities investigated before he was dismissed/left our main company Bnn technologies.
where our Millions ???

Message that I received from Nigel, 'I currently have no visibility on the terms of any offer. That information has not been shared with us.'

The company who acted as Company Secretary for BNN resigned from their post, and as BNN used their registered address, they had no choice but to move their register office. It was Gateley who told me that there was no proposed takeover of BNN before they resigned.

Interesting to see we have moved register office (from company house)
Why bother.
Is this not near where Mercer lives.

This all leads back to The Bells of Peover, DJI Holdings, BNN, MICT, and finally Tingo. One name behind them all.

$TIO @tfi_pres is lying. The SEC sent subpoenas to White & Case, auditors Blaze Gries and Deloitte Israel, as well as to all of Tingo's banks etc. So the SEC is in possession of all the falsified documents that Tingo provided as part of the "independent review" as well as mountains of evidence showing that those documents were fabricated, which they also obtained via subpoena.

Let's hope he's not sold any of the Tingo shares given to him, and the SFO pick up on it here.

He has probably left the county weeks ago and is enjoying the retirement far away with money in the suitcase

Been reading through Stock Wits and a few people on there have posted some scary stuff .

Tio has no cash and hardly any assets .
If true then Mercer has been signing off on last years accounts etc and posting updates for the last 3 years . A huge amount of money has been lost in TIO

^^ SEC sues Tingo and Dozy Mmobuosi (Mercer and Cleverly's names are not mentioned) for a "staggering" fraud.

Every day TIO are not trading is a day closer to our friend getting caught out .
He would not enjoy 5 years in a US jail .
Let’s hope they can find the trail of shorting and the Bank accounts .

Mr White will be involved somewhere that’s for sure .

I don't believe that Mercer would be stupid enough to be in the US at this point in time ... or at any point in time in the future.

"If he has been caught he won’t like the outcome in the US"

The US will have the same issue that the UK frequently has. Mercer is a UK resident and hence the first thing that the US will need to do is serve an extradition request.

In this respect the UK has a track record of refusing to extradite people accused of penny share fraud, eg Jack Straw, refused to extradite Leslie Greyling:

More interesting would be the question of what would happen if the US authorities wanted Chris Cleverly extradited for his involvement in the Tingo Fraud? Given that the Home Secretary, James Cleverly, is his cousin!
