Good question
I believe the share price is at the bottom of its run after Milton had to sell a % of its holding due to investors taking out 24% of its investments.
Company bringing on more wells .
Company has hedge a large amount in this quarter and onwards
Oil price expected to rise further $94
Dividend 12% at todays price.
Consolidation in the sector with the larger companies awashed with cash.
Money better in I3e than the bank earning less than 2%
But hey ho my crystal ball could be completely wrong.
Case of wait and see.

No idea, but as Mark Twain was reputed to have said “ History never repeats itself, but it does often rhyme”. So if they have done bad stuff in the past there is a strong chance history will repeat itself.

No, I have no position (was short, closed it for a profit). I did warn Charles Darcy off this in a PM. I just have a weird fascination in how this fraud will turn out (Badly I reckon - sorry). But when I see investors bleating about what’s going on and not actually trying to find out themselves with a bit of amateur sleuth work, then that really gets my goat. Following the relaxation of the Covid-19 rules, our buyer’s due diligence and the wider transaction process have recently recommenced and the parties are now aiming to complete as much as possible of the remaining work by Chinese New Year (on 22nd January 2023). The balance of the work will then be completed within a short number of weeks after the New Year holidays, followed by the issuance of a Proxy and Notice of General Meeting during the second half of March.
Whilst waiting for further news on the transaction, shareholders can take encouragement from the business’s positive trading performance and profitability. We look forward to updating shareholders again, which we will aim to do by end of February 2023.…
