9/5/2023 Update: Further Response To Tingo’s Absurd Claims And Obfuscation From The Company’s September 1st Release
Once again, Tingo has continued to charge ahead with new, obvious lies in a statement it put out on Friday, September 1st. We have never seen a public company choose to forge forward with brazen and obvious fabrications in this manner. Tingo’s management, including Darren Mercer, Dozy Mmobuosi, Chris Cleverly and CFO Kevin Chen appear to all be betting that by the time they are forced to face the consequences of their choices, they will already be long gone with the money.

Separation Payments to Executive. In lieu of any further compensation or benefits, whether accrued or otherwise, under the Employment Agreement, the Parties agree that the Company shall pay Executive, in full and final settlement of any and all claims of Executive under the Employment Agreement, the sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) and Five Million (5,000,000) shares of common stock of the Company (collectively, the “Separation Payment”), in the following proportion:

3.1.1. One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) on or before the seventh (7th) day following the Effective Date;

3.1.2. One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) on or before the forty-fifth (45th) day following the Effective Date; and

3.2. Shares. Five Million (5,000,000) shares of common stock of the Company (“Separation Shares”), to be delivered to Executive on or before the seventh (7th) day following the Effective Date.

Well certainly a lot of people particularly in the North West of England have lost a lot of money from the suppliers at the bells of peover, investors in DJI holdings and shareholders in BNN, MICT and then Tingo. DM made sure he was very well compensated throughout and funded a lavish lifestyle whilst a lot of people have lost a lot of money and been deceived for years.. This would make a great documentary “from the Bells of Peover to Beijing to New York to Lagos” it really would be an interesting story for a good journo to piece together. Now really is the time to shine the light on this as the Tingo story is a big one given its scale, timing and the incredulous numbers which is hot with Dozy being charged in the US. This would not have happened without Tingo being reversed into the MICT vehicle and DM being the face and architect behind the Tingo numbers, stock market briefings and listing on NASDAQ.

Directors apartment
Loan of over £400,000 which had to be reinstated in the accounts.
A omitted bonus £270,000
No wonder the CFO resigned after finding these discrepancies and the auditors resigned.
We never did see the investigation report.
Has the loan been paid back

It would be interesting to know how many BNN investors asked the SFO to investigate the company. Perhaps if they had, what is happening at Tingo now, might not have happened.

Someone should contact Dan Mccrum from the FT. He exposed the wire card fraud. Would be an interesting story about DM, BNN and warnings going unheeded with Tingo…

Since your last complaint a lot has happened else where which would sound alarm bells here.
A subsidiary is also registered in hongkong

Shareholders for this type of company around 1500-2000.

Yes we must all send in again to SFO what has gone on here and the last 2 years at TIO millions are missing from BNN and a complete Fraudster and ALL directors involved must be brought in front of the courts .
Let’s hope Mercer and his gang get locked up for this fraud
