I wonder if this takeover actually ever existed?

So the start of another week .
No statement / update from the company .
No way of making contact with email or phone from web site .

Mercer hopes he is seen as just innocent shareholder after 5 years of not trading but as we all know is the orchestrator of this scam along with his friend White .
A lot of people have been taken on here and any hope has now ended .

This supposed BNN takeover, what are this mystery company taking over.My understanding is that Beijing NewNet, BNNs main vehicle, in China, is now owned by Wei Qi, so what is left for this company to takeover?

It is clear Mercer has had the front to hide behind many others he lined up to shelter what he has done in a public stock quoted company .

Quite unbelievable what he did and moved onto the US where the prize is much more but the consequences are too .
So imo this is why BNN is kept partly alive as he might have to place the smouldering cinder's of BNN into another company to stop the pyramid from falling .

Monthly Dividend

i3 announces its monthly dividend totalling GBP2.040 million and confirms the following:

Dividend: 0.171 pence/share
Ex-Dividend Date: 20 Apr 2023
Record Date: 21 Apr 2023
Payment date: 12 May 2023

Payment to shareholders holding their shares on the TSX will be made in Canadian dollars using the exchange rate from the Bank of England at close on the Dividend announcement date, 12 April 2023.

As evaluated by GLJ, the Before-tax Net Present Value ("NPV") of cash flows attributable to the Company's reserves, discounted at 10%, has been determined to be $511.0 million (CAD 689.8 million), $623.0 million (CAD 841.0 million), and $1,161.5 million (CAD 1,568.0 million) for its 2PDP, 1P and 2P reserves, respectively, being indicative of the Company's strong production base, successful 2022 drilling program and robust portfolio of economic development opportunities.

o 2PDP NPV per share, using a 10% discount rate, increased by 50% to GBP0.36 per share (CAD 0.58 per share), 1P NPV increased by 43% to GBP0.43 per share (CAD 0.71 per share) and 2P NPV increased by 56% to GBP0.81 per share (CAD 1.31 per share), as compared to the prior year.

I’m guessing that they haven’t been able to book a venue for the Shareholders meeting in March. It’s unusual for BNN to let shareholders down in this way.
