Fair enough, those with all the money over in the US usually get what they want.

I say hats off to a little company that was the first to bring this technology to the fore,leaving the rest to catch up!
They worked extremely hard and unusually for the UK achieved recognition for that.
Good on them whatever happens next.

PRSM is not undervalued. UIpath is ridiculously overvalued but had billions more cash injected and been massively more innovative. They are chasing a different market and PRSM is on record saying it’s not chasing a “bot for everyone “ as UIpath is. And now Microsoft and open source arrived bigger, better and of course, an instant enterprise brand.

Sometimes it is not about being “A” leader but “THE” leader in something like the Gartner MQ. Read the report and compare each year. They have been fast flagging and others taken over leadership spots. It is not all “lovely” for PRSM in the report.

Sorry I have to spell it out for you, but my point is if I thought my company was seriously undervalued, I wouldn't accept an offer that I thought was way off the mark as he is claiming in the standard.

Not necessarily. My post was responding to an earlier post querying why was the share price rising. There must be shorts that need closing even at the current buy out price. I do hold and am watching and waiting. Not sure how much of the negative stuff is just BS to encourage acceptance of the offer. The offer has a long way to go yet to achieve the 75%. So, for me, it is still in play

Numerous large '0' out of market BUY orders going through above the bid price in the last 30min, if a rival bid was not on the cards why would this happen?
