And what's that Captain Cryptic? I simply want to read a technical report telling me all about the project, but I can't find any!And I want to know how many meters have been drilled and how many tonnes they have and in what category!I am not de ramping, I have no reason to, I simply like to read and learn about projects! But crack on with you edgy and cryptic spiel pal!!!!Strewth!!!!

I'm simply trying to research the history of the project, I normally do that through technical reports but I can't find any!How many meters did the previous operator consolidated African resources Ltd drill, and how much did Bres pay them for the project, and why did they sell it?How many meters have Bres drilled?

So what is their total measured and indicated, how much contained graphite? Will they have an ore reserves statement?I'm used to a JORC resource with an accompanying technical report. Where can I download thier PFS?

Because they are being pedantic. There isnt such a thing as a JORC resource. JORC define a Code which maintains a set of reporting standards. All BRES are doing is saying they have adhered to that code and met the defined reporting standards.

Why do they say expansion of the JORC standard resource and not JORC Resource........ROFLMFAO!!

Where can I find their JORC reports on website? They talk of reserves will they get a reserves statement?

I wouldn't be to hopeful of a re-rate starting now, best to ignore the price until well into the new year and see where we are then. Patience is the key.
I'm holding for the DFS unless MR seriously c@cks things up in the meantime which I don't believe he will or at least hope he won't.

Naturally if the market cap is £100M+ post DFS and with mine funding, which is going to be huge because you'll have an even larger resource for it, a large array of test results from US and China, JV and offtakes then it will begin to re-rate from here, first to £20m then £30m and £50m+ with the DFS then £100m+ with mine development deal.

The re-rate begins now.

One would assume they're infilling for confidence rather than stepping out, but I know nothing about the ore body

The DFC funding has never moved the price in the past.
We can guess the test results are good already and with possible off takers.
Commencement of drilling will not make any difference, because it's not finding a new mine just steeping out to increase an already known resource, I'd be surprised if they even RNS the commencement of drilling to be honest, it's part of the DFS
Offtakes would need to be just a MOU until after the DFS so that won't increase the price much and a JV is unlikely until the DFS is completed

The BRES share price is reliant on the DFS, which has been delayed a little and is probably due in late H1, there may be a bit of an uptick in anticipation of this but this is what we're all here for. I think Orom-Cross looks a great project and if the DFS is completed in the next 8 months then I'll be more than happy.

I can't see anything other than the DFS moving this significantly and that's not likely until Q2 next year at the earliest, but happy to hold.

15p? Absolute piece of p1ss as mcap is only £30mil at and the minimum buyout price would be considerably higher t £100mil.

News to get this to 15-20p quickly:
-DFC funding arrival
-Final test results
-Commencement of drilling
-Offtake and JV news

We know all of these items are imminent.

Then early next year completion of the DFS, completion off the offtakes and completion of JV. All of which takes the market cap to £100m+.

You mean this year m_night?

Good luck with that one but it did give me a chuckle. This will be still working hard to get back above 4p by year end.

I can see it finishing the year at around the 15p mark.

Note the market cap is only £7-8MIL whilst Kodal with all its problems is £50-100MIL.

BRES already has a huge proven resource, countless excellent test results, massive support from both the local GOV and US GOV. Now with Trump in too who will be even more fierce against China so I expect the DFC to move even more quickly.

More importantly soon the company will have:
+Offtakes, perhaps two 50% each or one large 100% agreement
+Joint Venture
+Further DFC support
+An even larger resource
+A comprehensive DFS

Couple all of the above and if we assume a very conservative re-rate to £40-50MILLION market cap then we will to 20p a share quite quickly.

If we see a boom market in 2025, then I don't see why this doesn't do a KODAL or PREM or ALL and go to £100-200MILLION+ so, 40-80p a share.

Overall a fantastic opportunity for me with plenty to come together quicjly.

Looking at the chart it might form a double bottom at 3p. Maybe the next bucket shop fund raise price with 4p warrants. All in my opinion and do your own research.

They still need more funds. The original DFS, for a graphite mine on its own doesn't make any money in the current climate, so zero value there. So they need the add on plant downstream. That also requires funding and DFS completing. Nobody knows how much money they need for that as they haven't made it clear. We only know they are not fully funded. I will take a look again after the next fund raise in about 6 months time. So good luck. All in my opinion and do your own research.

I really think the share is at a turning point to add serious value within the next few months now that it has fresh funds along with a fair whack to come in via the DFC.

Was the intraday 3.3p the bottom?. Quite a nice recovery later.

I guess it's irrelevant in the longer term, Either Orom-Cross goes ahead with all the bells & whistles promised by MR and the share price is many multiples of todays or it doesn't and the company is destined for the dustbin.

Personally I have every faith in the project at present.

I didn't really see why retail investors would take up the 4p offer either in these circumstances the price often dips just below the offer price.

It's easy to see why investors are frustrated.
