I do hope MR is keeping an eye on the share price and realise what his surprise fundraise has done. It appears a lot of shareholders have lost faith in Mike. It was a really bad look to discuss in his last interview some upcoming value enhancing news about to appear and before it did change tack and issue shares.

I'm disappointed in these actions but this is Mike's first miss-step so willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for now because the project looks great. There is no doubt that this fundraise has tested my patience though, I added a few when the news arrived but will not tolerate another disappointment like last week

Getting it in perspective though this sell off is well overdone considering how small the share issue was.

I'm not sure about that, but hard to see a negative slant on the size of purchases made by the COO and marketing consultant. They should have the best idea of where this is heading

Goodbuyexsell,

Do you guys ever do your research ? Thought not
I know you just hussle on various sites so here's my one answer to the $hite you've just posted.

Transport links are good in Uganda so no need for road upgrades

But and here's the thing you either know full well or are just too thick to research
The plan is for the majority of the product not to go to port initially but to build a SPG plant 30km away (not 100 miles to port as you claim) This will treat the Graphite and turn it into 99.9% pure SPG.

This has numerous benefits. The offtake from the mine will be treated here for the life of the mine.
SPG is worth around $2500 per tonne rather than graphite concentrate around £500 per tonne.
The cost of transporting the final SPG is massively reduced for 2 reasons.
1. the 99.9% pure SPG means BRES are not paying to transport impurities thus less transportation costs.
2. The costs of transporting the SPG will be shared with their 50/50 partnership owner of the SPG plant.

There you go, you'd need to try much harder than that!

gisjob2, Its easy to work out. This project needs money to get the end product to port. There is no proper road. 100 miles of rough terrain. There is no confidence in Bres anymore. It could not raise the the full amount at 4p for more digging. Question MR not me on the logistics of transportation. As I said in my previous post, I wish all investors well, but it is not for me ....too much conjecture.

What the hell has being 100miles from a town got to do with anything.

18 months ago MR produced a photo that looked like the inside of a steelworks in China. On the floor it looked like steel that had melted then set. Bres indicated it was from the 300,000 dig. I took an educated guess it was approx 3-400 KG of Graphite. Oram Criss is 100 miles from a town. The logistics do not add up. I sold at 4.75-5p. I was fed up with the drip feed of hype and the 10% spread by MM’s I sold. Licked my wounds £1k and moved on. This offer gives no guarentee of a return. The board have more than likely attempted to rise the cash but have had the door slammed in its face. I wish everyone who still holds Bres good luck, but I cannot see this company making money.

Yes I still can't help being disappointed in MR and any more of this nonsense and I'll be gone, but it's a small raise in the scheme of things and felt there was an opportunity at 3.85p.

I like the project and willing to give MR 1 more chance. He's managed to get BRES to where with are with a sensible amount of shares in issue. Just poor form today.

Amazing how we are having to drill another 6000m. All along one of the big plusses about this project was that the management said no more drilling was required, there was enough Jorc to last 20yrs.

But in this market is it overdone.
Well done for getting more under 4p and hope everyone else thumbs their nose at the retail offer.

Well, what a bizarre morning.

I'm unhappy with this mornings RNS but that drop is so overdone for such a small raise and so managed to top up a bit at 3.85p. Unbelievable opportunity if you still believe in the project.

They have disappointed for a long time ad they have not had enough interest on getting the share price up.
They will dispute that but it is true.
I won't be taking my offer uo, probably br able to buy cheaper in the market after this - pathetic.
