Agree. Interesting that it is a different funding solution. Doesn't put to net the strategic investor although, I think that this is a positive because it takes away the urgency for raising funds for the DFS particularly at a lower level (was never going to happen). It also allows for the original strategic partner to invest if they care to, without putting lots of pressure on the one funding solution. Finally, it validates exactly what MR and CP have been saying about. I low ball retail placings. All in all, an excellent outcome

Well quell suprise 5p the very price it has been held at constantly and pegged as a slight increase to the on going share price lol.

Thanks Sponge, if you can ask about financing, the $2.5 million at 5p from investor mentioned back in February. The prospectus, what the hell happened and why he failed to update the market. The current share price obviously reflects the bad communication. Unless there are major problems here that only some insiders know about and he is trying to buy time and keep the lights on. I don't mean to be rude in my tone but just very frustrated as people as seeing this as uninvestable.

Looking at your posting history Nicau I think you might be better off investing in premium bonds or a post office savings account. At £10 million mark cap this is an absolute gift and won’t remain at this level too much longer. There are other companies out there at a similar market cap who have barely put a spade in the ground. Mis-pricing like this often occurs on AIM, especially these days, and therein lies the opportunity, but eventually value will out

What does end of June quarter mean when the rns was released in July. End of June quarter is April, May, June. Why did they post results due end of June quarter with the date of the news being in July?

It's really annoying. I did receive a recent response saying that all was in order with the raise and that it's a timing issue. However, the fund structure has been set up to hold the shares within it so essentially this is a lot of the hard work that needs to go into the investment because without it, the shares can't be held. However, it also means that future raises will take less time because side the holding mechanism is already in place. We will be receiving the additional £1m tranche of funds shortly and I expect more non-binding off take agreements shortly, but all of this can't come quick enough

Twitter today from Blencowe. Market missed this as its not in rns.-----#BRES The 600-tonne sample has now been processed by #graphite specialist Jilin. Results are expected shortly. Also, 20 tonnes of small flake concentrate has been sent to a specialist SPG facility to refine to a battery ready product.-----
