I have been in that situation years ago (with another manufacture)
ITN was imho beta testing this new Avid system.
To be fair its highly complex.


From the PR news release

'Video editing is available through Avid Media Composer hosted in ITV’s datacentre, allowing newsroom editors to connect and work remotely, said the company.

Offering full functionality via a web interface, the system will also make it easier for production teams to share news content for broadcast".


ITN should have gone with Blackbird Enterprise, it is proven!

It is an introduction and hopefully a vision statement of the product journey along with the creative industry changes ahead and how elevate can reduce pain and increase creativity.

You should also give more credit to the creators and industry executives attending

P2 from what I hear there will be several of these over the coming weeks and months. So I reckon it will be a real introduction, what the editor offers, why it offers it and finish on a what to look forward to in the near future via updates.

A demo isnt "instructional training" ...it is a DEMO ...

But...

if you try and show too much in a demo in a short period of time...

then what you are showing can easily.. go over viewers/listeners heads especially if you have a short,fast audio along with it ..

And you may not be a full representation of the entire range of viewers watching
