24/4/2024 11:03 | Seems to me ‘the insiders’ are filling their boots with as many shares as possible. Just another take😀 | nickb
24/4/2024 10:49 | I'd say they just take turns at cleaning the loo. Wouldn't think it would be linked to performance unless you know something more than the rest of us. 😊 So, should I sell Clocktower? | jamesjmb
24/4/2024 10:44 | Clocktower So should I sell? | nickb
24/4/2024 10:37 | NickB yes, recently they invested £70k between them in a recent raise, which may have been difficult if they had not invested at 6p. Now however they get another bonus at 5.35p on terms we do not know, if the share price rises I guess but to what level we do not know, or it could even be on some other performance basis, like weekly cleaning the loo. :-) Unlike other investors though the money raised helps pay them each month. | clocktower
24/4/2024 10:26 | Options at 5.35p are a kick in the teeth to long term investors. | mcsean2164
24/4/2024 10:16 | Clocktower They have been investing their own money can you explain that? To attract the best talent you should grant them options Options are worthless if they can’t exit at a profit. I get you want us to sell | nickb
24/4/2024 10:08 | Are you trying to convince some of us on here to become short term gamblers? | jamesjmb
24/4/2024 09:50 | Options to feather their nest even more, and what beats me, they say they are performance related but do not state what the basis figure is. Over 7% of the shares are now available as options but long suffering investors get stuffed. Hence why these days it pays to be a short term gambler, as directors not only get fat salaries but rather than invest their own money, mine the companies other investors and let then carry the can each time it goes wrong. | clocktower
24/4/2024 09:43 | Well I hope every employee has at least 20k shares. Then they will hopefully all be millionaires at the end of the big day!? | hyperal
24/4/2024 09:28 | With 950k of the options going to the 4 named directors, does that mean the remaining 1.67 million issued options are being distributed amongst the rest of the team who aren’t directors? | hairflick
24/4/2024 09:16 | Cabi Investors are in the dark they have no context or terms of reference with the tech and its eventual creative possibilities. | nickb
24/4/2024 08:42 | NickB. Good to hear. Difficult for most of us to understand how good the technology is, and although I’m heavily invested, part of me thinks, why are people going to move over to elevate. | cabi1
24/4/2024 08:27 | Tomorrow is a webinar for creators | nickb
24/4/2024 08:25 | When I’m using elevate it doesn’t feel like failure it’s technically very exciting with mind blowing possibilities on the way | nickb
24/4/2024 08:23 | Do we think that this technically completely rules out any takeover talks, also? | concentrate
24/4/2024 07:56 | If any decent news was due they couldn't issue options. Tomorrow will be nothing. | bonio10000
24/4/2024 07:36 | Perhaps we will have forgotten about it by Friday ? | shortsqueezer
24/4/2024 07:30 | Amazing it's the day before the seminar. | bonio10000
24/4/2024 07:26 | I was right again then. More reward for failure. No doubt the news will start to flow. | bonio10000
24/4/2024 07:14 | Morning rns options :( | joeblogg2
23/4/2024 23:19 | hornblower I reckon consider it done. The architecture is already there. In the full editor mock up that I have seen there is an opacity setting. | nickb
23/4/2024 23:17 | John Good question. I would say it empowers individual / small teams to do things that would have been impossible either creatively or and budget wise. The amount of power coming to a creator is immense Then add in collaboration and its explosive creatively. The old legacy systems were not designed for this. 1 simple computer and a web browser with a few low cost Cloud tool accounts will give you a complete creative production company. 1 person can do the job of 10 perhaps they can film location shots with just a text prompt no need for a camera or expensive location travel If you can imagine it you stand a chance of doing it. Its why its going to be a creator economy world with no barriers. Just say what you want and it appears, all ready for you to work with in editing, you want to have a great narration voiceover, just get Chat GPT to write it and a high quality AI voice will read it, then you can place it in your web browser editor add some shots compose some music, generate some sound effects all from your desk. All that is close. Big tech will want to service this creator market. We are in a good place but the City investors don't buy it. Don't forget The Player then add AI data and add Generative Video AI Interesting if not mind-blowing imho. | nickb
23/4/2024 22:48 | Sounds like you're hooked? Auditing next? "You can't fly that drone here." "Oh yes I can." "I'll call the police." "Go on, see if I care." | johnveals |
