22/4/2024 19:32 | I think this is probably the last hurrah. The fact they only raised £1 million and the complete collapse of the share price product launch. There's no way to explain this away, the have to either succeed or fail. No looking good. No amount of four dimensional chess from NickB will talk us out of this mess. Win or lose. Come on Sumit, do something! | mcsean2164
22/4/2024 17:04 | Odd it shows 2% drop when the bid price actually went up | spoonmuff
22/4/2024 16:57 | Hitting new lows then. BOD doing a great job of selling both the company and its products to the market. | bonio10000
22/4/2024 11:21 | Vertical is only pixel settings, relax! | nickb
22/4/2024 11:19 | I wouldn't be surprised if Elon has Eva waiting in the wings for the TikTok ban. | bonio10000
22/4/2024 10:48 | Eva was vertical video. | cabi1
22/4/2024 10:46 | Ah ok, I swear a year or so ago SS said they had created a vertical option. Must just be on enterprise so maybe they will save it for when they move more to the mass market for insta etc as I guess it’s not really needed for YouTube | spoonmuff
22/4/2024 10:41 | Spoon We don’t as yet do vertical video | nickb
22/4/2024 10:40 | Spoon If they won’t download Chrome they won’t be able to use it so their choice is to use a very poor alternative or non at all According to the internet ‘An estimated 3.45 billion internet users globally use Chrome as their browser.’ I think that’s a big enough market! | nickb
22/4/2024 10:37 | On a different note, I went to use iMovie in my phone just to bunch some pics (50) from a photo shoot on 1.0s per pic yesterday on my phone and iMovie minimum time is 0.3 and doesn’t offer portrait which is madness considering all the reels/stories these days. So it shows even apple themselves are behind. I will try it on elevate see how it works. | spoonmuff
22/4/2024 10:35 | Nick it doesn’t matter if it’s apples fault when you restrict people of their options and make them go down a route they aren’t used to it puts people off switching over. Many may use chrome anyway so for them it’s fine but for those that don’t it will 100% put them off. Anyway they are working on fixing the issue so shouldn’t be a problem. If they didn’t then it is. As you know yourself it’s hard to get people off what they are used to doing as it is but to go ‘use us’ but also use chrome not safari which you like to normally, they wouldn’t switch which is a put off. | spoonmuff
22/4/2024 10:28 | Spoon Why would it be amateur Isn’t the problem Apple’s web browser being non compliant on web Standards? The conspiracy reason is that if everything worked in a web browser that would make the Apple App Store not needed! We will probably have to build an app | nickb
22/4/2024 10:20 | 3 more days. ffs, this stock. | mcsean2164
22/4/2024 10:11 | I am pretty sure by the time the paid version comes out safari will work. Can’t see them making you have to use Chrome and charging you, think that would look a bit amateur. | spoonmuff
22/4/2024 09:17 | Yes Safari is high because of iPhone Any serious users will just download Chrome even if they use it just for elevate. | nickb
22/4/2024 09:10 | “What is really needed is the % use on say Desktops/Laptop and then the differential between Chrome and Safari is less” Surely for desktop it’s greater as Macs (Safari) make up a smaller proportion of laptops (16% of US market) than iPhones make up of smartphones (60% of US!)? | pat_cash
22/4/2024 08:38 | "I do find it shocking that so many LSE companies do not make a profit." some make a loss intentionally.... they invest all operating profits into the business and then accumulate tax credits Ocado has £1.5 billion of tax credits from losses | pokerchips2
22/4/2024 08:36 | "Chrome 65.31%" As discussed previously that includes a large number of Android users on mobiles What is really needed is the % use on say Desktops/Laptop and then the differential between Chrome and Safari is less A good question for the webinar ...but seems they are working on the Safari issue to get it compatible | pokerchips2
22/4/2024 00:35 | SSB Good to see you are connected again. "Last AIM 1000 bagger" Will it not be the first AIM 1000 bagger as well? | hyperal
21/4/2024 23:22 | 600p is the minimum I hope for. | hyperal
21/4/2024 21:57 | This is what comes of doing mental arithmetic late at night, I'm out by a factor of 10, even allowing for an approximation. I'd settle for 5500p though. | johnveals
21/4/2024 21:29 | 5500 pence | nickb
21/4/2024 21:22 | But, but, £37 is 6000 bags. | johnveals |
