Makes you realise though just how much cash the wireless business must've been sucking out all these years though.

Got 50k just now via fill or kill

Business valued at zero, ebitda to be much improved 2nd half and business still generates cash.

It's a slow burner but it will have it's spike at some point when people see the value

I feel this has been turning around for years anyway, but the prospects to really show this now, with the big write off last year, the payments now finished, and the contracts now lost, rather than waiting to lose them. Feels like a clear run to re present themselves as a nice, cash rich, profitable little business.

I've stayed focussed on the NAV per share (excluding intangibles) shown here



incredible value has been accruing annually to shareholders despite all the problems.

Although I expect some kind of corporate event will see this sold, de listed, or the cash used to take us in a new direction.

Last payment; that means a reduction in cash outflow of over $2million per year. That is a huge amount compared to the current market capitalisation.

My shares are held in CREST with my name on the share register. If you don't actually own the shares, but some broker does, than you will have to wait until they credit it to your account.

Not had a dividend in a stock for well over 10 years, no signs of anything in my account yet but apparently it gets paid today so if anybody else gets theirs please
do mention it on here.

I had some in to sell yesterday at 3p as it looked liked there was a lot of appetite to buy, but it didn't reach that level.

If the price stays down here, I will probably use my div to buy more, in order to maintain the value of the amount invested here, but just creep the % up slightly

Perhaps the mm's were asleep and other knew they could sell today and get the dividend.

If so the current bid is 2.3p but that is the equivalent of around 2.8-2.9p.

Either way I'm going to hold long term.

My assumption is, that it's ex div today, so you are buying today without a div, and selling today with a div. but ready to be corrected.

Nice buying today.

Divi is around 0.57p so assume they will open it down 0.5p and price might recover
as others buy the dip.

I'll be buying more shares with my dividend. The company is valued below it's net cash, so I'll be using it's cash to buy a greater share of more cash. kerching!

They only have one more FTC payment to pay. In 2017 there was $1.1 million of cash flow from operating activities so there should be more dividend payments over the next year.
