The remaining business may be close to break even. If this proves to be so at the next results, there will be a re-rating.

Otherwise, shareholders may realise value through further large returns of capital.


This is a company that is focused n value for shareholders.

Edit....the 90k total at the ask is all at 2.6p, although that total is spread over 4 mm's.

1 x 15k shrs and 3x 25k.

No wonder that it fires-up well on any buying.

We must have a seller, it is such a quiet stock so I'm guessing the mm's can approach holders and give somebody with a bit of size the chance to cash in their chips.

Come on mm's, you clearly have little stock. I cannot even buy 5000 online but it's been like that all day so the 100k buyer did well to get at offer price

I wonder what the end game is here, are the bosses and major shareholders happy to wind this down with dividend after dividend or with Jim Mellon holding almost 30% will they surprise us with a acquisition ?

Cash and working capital comes to 8p a share, that's some difference to the 2p share price.

The price is saying the world is going to end for Bill but it's just a totally unloved quiet stock always has been apart from 1 or 2 spikes a year

NAR today a good example of what happens when a company has a NAV way in excess of the current price and punters suddenly latch on.

Nobody willing to buy the story when dead, but news and price up 50% they cannot buy fast enough.

Hopefully one day soon people will see how cheap this one is. Worse case is wait 2 months for results day to find out.

Looks like it's all down to next set of results then. Almost zero volumes but not many stocks out there sit with double their market cap in cash and also have a business. Yes one side of it is in decline but the wifi side seems ok.

No volume, no chats, nothing !

BILL trades at a discount to cash because some of their business has been in decline for a few years now but there is still great value to be had from holding the stock, they have been paying huge dividends for years now and there is still a chance the business could be sold and remaining cash will be returned to shareholders which should be a huge premium to the current price.

Company recently paid around 0.6p in a special dividend and I expect more if there is no sale of the business.

Current market cap £3.2 million

$9.2 mil cash at year end, take off $1.3 mil used for special dividend leaves $7.9 mil or £6.2 mil cash

"Renewed discussions with possible buyers for all or parts of the business in 2018
-- Following a sale of any portion of the group's businesses, the Board will consider further cash distributions and other actions with respect to any remaining assets or business lines"

I'd just love to see that Rns that they have sold the business even if for next to nothing then all that cash would come back to us.

Market and punters as always treating this company like the funds do not exist or they are going to vanish which is simply not the case.
