At the current low valuation Bilby could become an interesting acquisition target for other sector companies like Marlowe and Sureserve.

I'm hoping once we get back to "normal " that Mr.Bullen will get us back to 8p eps and 120p price as a pe of 15 will be justified at that time with the "green" growth opportunities. We've had some dilution but David is far more able than any other BOD member we have had in the history of Bilby.

I think you are overthinking it. the market has really just missed Bilby because it is small. There is more than enough positive out there for Bilby to be at 40p today even with covid. The market has already done that with most businesses! Even in a biblical pandemic, they are making 1.9 pence of earnings in only the first half. It is quite extraordinary.

I cannot get an online quote for more than 100 shares. This is on the precipice of breaking out after weeks of flat action and I think it can go a long way on the next move. A few more trades and the logjam will clear. The share chart looks ripe for a big move up

If you think about the free float as being say 20% of a market cap of 15M (ie £3m). 1% of the shares being about 150K there is not the liquidity to make it worth most institutions doing the research. I don't know how many holders there are in the 1-3% range although I know the number is above zero. Hence the price could move on a relatively small absolute value of volume.

Once it is clear that Covid infections are dropping (with or without the vaccine) and now brexit uncertainty is mainly resolved (even if not particularly well) there is potential for the UK Market tide to rise substantially taking up even the small boats.

I'm sure once debt situation has improved we will start paying dividends.I'm surprised market hasn't given us much benefit for slashing debt so much.Took me quite a while to pick up Stk which isn't surprising with that shareholder list

I wonder, however, if they will have to talk about a dividend before much happens in the markets on this stock.

Slight uptick in the buying price to 26.99p this morning.
This share is tightly held with 8 major investors holding 73.58% and directors holding a further 6.84%. Consequently, it remains fairly illiquid with the potential to move up or down on quite modest volumes.

Fantastic news and you have deep pockets nico.

I am confident you are onto a big winner in Bilby. Sureserve is our template for what Bilby can achieve in the next 18 months I believe. Without a pandemic we are valued too cheaply and most even heavily impacted stocks have seen big share price gains. We have remained profit making and cash generating through the pandemic so far

Do you know David closely?/

I tend to agree with Nick. I think this is quite a good investment although I don't have a declarable percentage. I would think over the medium term that a market cap around the turnover would not be unreasonable.

I think I agree with Nick's analysis more generally on this stock having read quite a bit, but I have not been buying mainly because I don't like dragging up my average price. Hence there has not been competition in the market.
