Maybe because if she left it would be admitting a fraud took place .This way she and the others can pretend they had no idea what went on and it was just a coincidence that the founder sold out a week before the profits warning !!I contacted one or two of the holders but they didn't want to know as maybe too embarrassing they bought at 100p at the time of the warning ?Anyway good to see new Ceo and they have all bought shares which is good We are lucky some of the old mgmnt left or we would be left with nothing

That is her interest. What I dont understand is after a fraud which occurred under her Chairmanship, the NED's have not prompted this, or the shareholders who are wearing a loss. IMV, unless there is a better alternative, it is another example of poor corporate governance similar to Dido Harding.

There are things I like about the company, but couldnt understand why the Chairman stayed on after the fraud was discovered and new management in place. Does anyone have a view about this ?

I also tried the head office and the number is out of order and has been for weeks I emailed Hudsons and the Chair did call me back which is good But I tried again and no luck Poor really

hi has anyone tried to contact the company directly? i have left 3 messages with receptionist but a week later no reply. the email on the website didn;t work either!! so different to most companies i contact - it does make me wonder what the attitude is like to shareholders which , if poor, will keep the rating very low.

Great to see TIpacs take the Capelo stock at 22.5pSo peel hunt now sold their book stock ..a nice turn well played And now we have a 10pct holder I'm upgrading my target from 40p to 75p

Interesting to see if we head north again... how many other big sellers can there be when it seems the company has/is turning around?


Re:'Bold statement': I dont see why it wont return - I think a previous post pointed out it was recently tipped when at 70p, why not again when we hit 70p?

So hopefully we reverse the share price collapse.

Looking at the long term graph, 150p is not unreasonable but will take a while.

100p but I will review because it could well be going higher.

A successful turnaround will take a while but if it happens I don't see why it wont return to previous prices or higher.

Just keep an eye on it to see if the current positive turnaround does not continue.
