Somebody is accumulating in the background since the price is not being impacted by the selling.

hi Nico - but of course the good news is that the price has held up - so some-one is buying those sells. I feel MER is trending strongly which gives a positive indicator of market sentiment to the sector.

All IMHO, DYOR + BoL
BILB is in my top5 hldhs

normal year = 2019
= 65.4m of sales
= 4.25m of normalised operating profit

three year visible revenues increased to 182m (mean 61m of revenue a year already visible)
Bullen is improving business quality, better governance, taking cost out, reinvesting in green accreditations

Sureserve is our recovery template in the sector. 20p in January 2019 hit 65p today. now on 14 times earnings

the market is looking beyond lockdown. look at your local market businesses like gregg the sausage roll seller! That is why I am not worried nico. it is about looking to the other side and that is why dow jones is at record high

I do not worry nico. When investors see very cheap stocks they dont want to miss the ship leave the berth. The technical chart looks attractive

Totally agree but interest is non existent as racier stocks and sectors around I've bought a few to stick away for the long term but wouldn't surprise me if some sell out of boredom as we could be 20p to 26p for a long time. Further out I concur with all your thoughts

Mr Bullen is very impressive.

I know him from Anpario that is why I own Bilby. If I use 2019 results Bilby is on a free cash flow multiple before working capital movement of only 4x. if i use 2020 results with a pandemic in the middle, Bilby is on a free cash multiple before working capital of 8x. They can get back to the 4x next year with Bullen and the stock price could be 50 to 75 pence. This is a maintenance business with sticky streams of sales and moving into green accreditation in areas like electric vehicles. This is a classic turnaround from being a stock everyone hated. they will not love it but they may like it as they did in years gone by

or may be a competitor will take a peek

Let's hope this lockdown doesn't hurt us I'm in this for the long term but this 6 week curfew we could've done without.Let's pray that March things will look a lot brighter for all of us including Bilby Mr Bullen has done a great job in the face of a nightmare year

This is customary procedure just like when buisinesses always want an ability to place 10% of shares at agms with no preemption right. Bullen the ceo already got his stake at 0.47% and he is the big gun. They did 3m underlying profit before pandemic and the stock value is only 15m. When they show they can get back there soon and get debt lower this stock can be 150% higher this year.

So far 15pct is the total though Just depends how many they decide to issue Guesswork 15pct would be very large dilution I like the fact management are incentivised but hopefully with financial hurdles as well otherwise it becomes a reward for failure (all be it the failure of previous mgmnt )

The news statement says that only 0.42% of options have been utilized.

Bilby is showing on my screens as a very cheap share and where moving averages are improving. I also own De La Rue, LVMH and Future

Yes I emailed David to ask about the rns 15pct dilution would be penal but maybe it's just an upper limit and won't be all used upIf no financial hurdles then it's basically just free money for mgmnt and employees I trust David so I'm hoping any dilution will be fair and not disadvantage existing shareholders too badly Happy new year ? Started to look like the business is being run for the people working in it ,,, as opposed to the people investing in it!...The options awards definitely need to be alined to financial performance outputs - a statement to that effect wouldn't go amiss?

Not sure how 15pct dilution for shareholders is great news If they issue 5pct maybe that would be fairer ?Good to see management getting options and being aligned with shareholders to incentivise themBut 15 pct is too much and what are the financial hurdles ? If there are none then they are just taking advantage of a share price that's fallen 80pct So I would have to see the finer details before I'm enthused

Probably none or perhaps benefit from being subcontracted work in the absence of BG if they have such a relationship. Probably only a tokem strike amyway.
