I think this company has really built the foundations for expansion and strong growth continuing and with such a low PE believe there is very little downside. I know for a fact my local Big Yellow has told me they can hardly keep up with demand. Good luck all....

Yes. Good rise. It had all gone a bit quite after the retracement following the bid rumours (which I'm sure will resurface at some stage, but that's the froth : the fundamentals are, for me, the key with this one and they still look good). Just checked my SB account and was surprised to see it jump this morning then noticed this and SFR. Still very happy being a long term long on both, both as a shareholder and with Dec and Mar spreadbets.

Interesting wording of the results anouncements. If they are inviting all who wish to to attend that suggests to me that they're quite keen to broadcast the news as widely as possible, which means that, in their view at least, they think it's worth hearing.

Yesterday's FT mentioned 'vague rumours' of a bid. I'm long both in physical stock and with a couple of spreadbets. My original reason for investing was based on fundamentals (which haven't changed), but based on their history I have always thought they were probably looking to build to sell at some stage.

Yes, my thoughts are that Ross has just bought a shed load again, bringing his holding to just shy of the REITS, requirement.He's not daft, this is only going one way imo.
