Not surprised has been making highs of late.. Has very few input costs this company. hardly any heating or lighting needed and little maintenance; not that many staff either come to that. But plenty of freedom to raise prices as it sees fit This company is a price setter, not a price taker so a good place to be should inflation hit.

Not a trader Been here a decade and made 250% so far also made another 50% approx in dividends. Can't see the need for storing things going out of fashion so will be here another decade I reckon

One needs to correct mistakes early. Sold out yesterday and today first thing this morning. Less than -1.5% loss to my account in this one. Live to trade another day fellas!

Given what has been going on of late these are very encouraging numbers. Revenue, cash flow and dividend are all higher and eps is only lower because of a negative revaluation review. Solid hold in these uncertain times.

Solid numbers this morning with revenue, eps and dps comfortably ahead of last year. The acquisition of new sites also offers further growth from here.

steady progress everywhere including new openings. Storage doesn't date, go off or go out of fashion. Oh and it does not need any maintenance either Looking forward to the full year.

So why don't existing shareholders get a chance to buy shares at a discount by way of a rights issue?

Had these for 8 years now. Today's results another reminder as to why. Storage don't date, go off or go out of fashion.

steady she goes. Nothing flashy.. good results ... with growth in occupancy across the board. A great stock to own in these difficult times. . Poor Manchester.

Steady appreciation after medium term weakness in share price is making sense to me. Election neutral . Brexit neutral.

Storage as a business is a steady one. And this one the best in UK Has underperformed UKX by 25% this year. Results were just fine. I have been here a long time and happy to continue to be here for the progressive divi and the asset back balance sheet.

Not too shabby at all. The whole sector seems to keep on steadily growing. I see that they have taken over Lock and Leave (4 sites) so that is one fewer competing brand. I speculated elsewhere (TMF) that the UK is way behind the US in take-up of self storage. With a mature market over there and a devalued pound over here, it's not inconceivable that they could take an interest in UK storage. Bets hedged with holdings in BYG and LOK (SAFE a bit pricey for me at the moment).

Very steady results - which fly in the face of recent poor share price performance.

Both Lok'n'Store and Safestore have recently reported excellent results. Here's hoping for more of the same...

Their price seems so closely linked to builders plus an assumed lack of movement in the second hand housing marketYield here is tasty
