I am with awe had a little bite on the back of the directors buys myself.
and another bite at 279 today.... the drop is partly the placing and partly
I suspect some positions being stopped out.

the directors MUST of known about the share placings surely? weird.
but then of course they bought at these levels anyway I have just realised!!

so fill your boots guys and gals :-)

This is pure bad luck. At these prices the predator(s) must be hoovering up the stock on the quiet.

Keep the faith, you still got a bargain yesterday. Good company, good management in a high focus, high demand area. Statutory pressure re sorting waste in the autumn that only a few like Biffa can offer.

This will either grow or be taken out, whatever the outcome you will make a profit

Shares mag today;
Biffa vulnerable to takeover approach:
........"against the cloudy outlook,pre tax profit continues to advance,up 11% to £72.8m.
Takeover speculation triggered momentum in the stock following its demerger from Severn Trent last year.It is no surprise to see that a profit warning and the cautious tone of the results has dragged the shares back.
But this may also be the trigger for a predator to make a move while the chips are down."

Retroz , Doesn't matter where the rumours come from, just keep adding to them.
Might see 350 if you spread the word hard enough!
